Was happy with this app for years but you now get an error message when you try to add credit. Looking at other recent reviews, this is a widespread problem. Without thr ability to add credit, you can't place calls, rendering the app completely useless.
This app was working good for almost 4 years. But now it's not, as its not allowing me to add credit to my account. When contacted the customer service person, stated that they are helpess and can't do anything.
sometimes I am trying for an hour to make one call because it won't connect I even have to restart my phone to reset the app just to make the call successfully. otherwise it is very helpful and the credit lasts for a long time
I had no problem with this app until my Samsung started notifying me that it was randomly using my microphone and Camera. Not sure what that was about but I am sure not interested in Big Brother watching and listening to me.
My calls are not getting established with voice but getting charged. Last 10 calls I have experienced this phenomena. I am not sure what to do.
This app will not let me make a call even though I have credit on it. Every single call I made is either a ñot the correct number, a wrong number or do not have enough credit. Meanwhile I have enough credit
Error! We couldn't initialize your VoIP services since the required permissions were not granted. All permissions are enabled for the app, what should I do?
I started out well for the pass few years it wasn't a problem. But not I call and some else that I don't know pick up the call. And conversation begin replaying. Wouldn't go for it now 😩
This was very good app. but now a days i cant buy credits any more . i contact customers service but they cant do anything to fix this problem. so please dont use this app . vonage is out from market
Great app , the bug for attachments was worked around by tapping the attachment button ,then call button in the text message tab of the contact, end the call and it would show up
It seems that the app 'cannot connect to the android market' in order to add credit. I use google pay, so I am not sure if that is the issue?
Not always clear, in terms of making a call. Most of the time you don't enjoy the clear conversation with the app.
I found it very difficult to sign into and when I finally did it said there was an error and them me and my friend could not call.Dont recommend

Nice to talk to family and business. Easy to use and share. The only drawback is alot of dropped calls at times.
vonage home unavailable. i had vonage home app Saturday. now its not in play store and app not working on older phone i had. reported problem, not response
Stupid app, I was using it from 3 years but from this update Aug, 2019.it does not let me add any credit. Useless now.
The Vonage Mobile app will be discontinued on February 28, 2020. All unused credits will be forfeited at that time.

This app has been disappeared from Google Play for quite some time. This morning it came back up and asked for an update. After the update it just crashed everytime I tried to open it. I still have $2 left from the last credit add in Decemeber 2018 (after which Vonage just totally disabled the credit add capability but sent me a message stating that they would honour the credit I had in the account). Where's my $4.94? Vonage, I want an answer.
