VoNo | Email Voice Note to Self

This is a great app. We have our sales team send us voice notes after meetings so we can record them into our CRM program. Extremely effective. I would like to have a feature where you could send a voice note to 2 or 3 emails with 1 click. Maybe that's forthcoming.

Back to 4 stars, thanks developer for your prompt fix and solve. Still wishing for a black theme, 5th star when it happens.

Voice recognition is excellent. Speed is great, true to its claim. Deserves 5 star, but for one issue, which I'm describing below. If I'm dictating a long memo or note (speech to text), it is but natural that I may wish to add a sentence or two somewhere in between. However, when I place the cursor at the desired place and begin to dictate, it starts typing at the end by default. I think one should be able to control where in the given text one wishes to type. Thanks for a great app anyway.

OK, that's. it. Every few updates messages stop getting sent. The devs seem to experiment with different features and disrupt the app's functioning. What good is a voice -to-mail app if you can't rely on it to do what it's designed to do: deliver your message? I would have blocked updates long ago, but it's a hassle on Android. Fortunately, I've found that Netmemo is back, so I've re-installed it. Simple, straightforward, seems to work. I don't need all the other features - especially with no guarantee that they will work.

Works well it's fast & easy. A nice big button starts the microphone and a nice big button sends it to your email. Perfect for a quick message on the go or at a red light. The problem with most messaging apps is that they create a special folder that you have to check on. Well this goes to your email so you will definitely see the message.

Finally! A one-button-press note to self app. When I'm driving and want to leave myself a quick note, I don't need or want something complicated with lots of flexibility. This app does it right. Just open the app, start talking, and press one button when you're done. An email with my note is waiting in my inbox when I get to the office. Thanks!

This is the only app that I found that could quickly compose and send an email using voice. One click to start composing, speak the email I want to send, and one click to send.. that's it. There are some things that could be improved about the app.. themes, the ability to send only the subject of an email, the ability to select and delete multiple sent items, the ability to capitalize the first letter of a sentence when using voice to text. But, in general, this is a really useful app.

Much more professional looking than the other "voice, photo, memo to email" app that's on this market. The direct to email function is what makes this app unique. However, I'd like to see the option to add all three forms if information (voice, text, photos) into one memo AND cloud storage syncing/backup options. Integrating video would be worth considering too Other than that it's the ideal choice for rapid information management and note taking.

Best app I've found since netmemo was removed from play. Update in the middle of 02/20 changed from sending voice mail file to a link on their server. I hate to need to go to server to hear my memo. Satisfied with every other feature of the app. Can't find a setting to send file instead of link. Would give 5 if I had file option back.

Perfect speech to text. However, not 5 stars because I see no option to start a new line or end a paragraph... except for using the keyboard. So making a list in the car while driving is too difficult. Would be nice if there is a "new line" or list function.

After purchasing the pro version I realized they have stripped the watch app of all features except voice memo and the send to email function crashes the app. Refund requested.

Works very well. There is a 10 note limit / day for the free version, which i would easily use up. Since I refuse to use subscriptions for apps and the 1x US$40 (approx) for lifetime to remove ads, improve photo quality, and have autosend is too steep, I'm moving on.

More that expected performance, saves a lot of time and send memos and emails in a blink of an eye. Have been using this app from last more than an year never failed to deliver. A must have app. The premium version has advanced features worth a try.

If I am in a Less Noisy place VoNo opens well with Google Assistant by saying open VoNo. It also automatically sends the message 5 seconds after I stop talking. This is important to me as I use my phone in the car hands free a lot. When driving Google gets confused when I ask it to open VoNo. I flounders and gives me phone or other incorrect apps. Also it seems to never be able to sense that I have stopped talking due to road noise. I hate that I need to tap buttons to open the app or send my message. Can I work around some way Google no understanding my speaking VoNo and lower the time threshold for VoNo to know I am done talking and to send my message.

It did not meet my need of a quality free voice to text app. However, it says what it is doing and does it. The choice of language is more intelligent and the quality of recognition adequate. Unfortunately it's limited in the length it can take for reasons that are explained.

Excellent. Initially had issues with it crashing on my Android device. Customer service responded within hours to help solve the problem (I needed to change the app permissions to allow for microphone and storage...duh!) and it works flawlessly now.

I've used a similar app called Netmemo for years, until it stopped working. VoNo is a good replacement for it, but Netmemo was better. It allowed me to have different widgets for different email addresses, it had a larger interface, and it allowed me to use my email address without going through the developer's servers. I also wish this app allowed for now at least to change the order of the second and third email addresses. Still, I use it daily and I appreciate it, so thanks, and if it gets better - I'll change my review to 5 stars.

Best voice to text app I've used, would be nice if the back ground could be dark mode and if we found change the font type and color that always makes things more fun, I've used many apps and this one understands everything I say the first time I say it, but I great job with this app!

This is great. A suggestion for improvement would be an option for a limited length message that is then automatically processed. (ie sent). My application is hands free memo while driving.

This application is priceless. It works almost perfectly after other apps, like NetMemo+, were discontinued. It is the perfect collection tool for the GTD system of productivity. And the customer support is extremely fast and helpful.

Speech to text pretty accurate and send as email quick too. Still early days of evaluation. Would have liked delete selected saved notes to go to recycling bin instead of requiring annoying double confirmation.
