I love Vons & the Von's app. However I gave it 3 stars because some things are difficult to find /use. No clear instructions. I would like the list to have the small boxes, where I'm able to just check off the items I need. Also, more clear instructions about the the rewards that are free. I really hope they fix those things in the app. Happy Holidays!

Latency and annoyance are the first words that come to mind. Not to mention the rude and presumptive automatic tip for the delivery person. Previous purchases is also incomplete and at times not sourcing the correct data The original version of the app, was much easier to use. Here's a tip, your customer will enjoy shopping with you more, if the shopping app is easier to use - if the old version of the app is still available, publish that.

This app is a hassle. Ralph's app is much easier to use. Why, after you clip a deal must there be an extra step to add it to a list. If you don't add it to your list you won't get the discount when you're shopping in store. Very frustrating.

No more FREE items. Shopping history is deleted with every update. Coupons are worthless when product is on sale at the same time! Sales cannot be added with coupons anymore. This app sux. Safeway had a great app. This Albertsons app is designed more for delivery or pickup.

No longer able to pay for pick up via app. Asks for zip code when I choose delivery or pick up... shows incorrect store and, after I choose the correct one (every tim) returns me to 'start shopping. Check out is not an option available any longer. Really???? This... is the best you can do....?

It's a long process to find everything the first time you do an order, but the "reorder" function makes up for that to save time on future orders. Search has improved but sometimes compound searches don't yield good results, like bottled water shows fewer results than just water but then you get everything and have to scroll, that would be my only ask for improvement =)

This app is easy to use and very reliable. The search function is excellent and makes it easy to find things, and label information is available which is helpful. The app also saves your items in case you complete your order at a later time. Only note: it would be nice if you could save multiple cards for checkout, instead of just one at a time. Other than that, highly recommend!

I moved and the only grocery delivery I can get is from Vons, but I get an error message every time I place an order. Ok, I see how it is. I am perfectly alright with spending $20 on an Uber to go to a grocery store farther away as you guys don't want my business. Good riddance.

App insists on forcing updates without warning. Newest one has a lot of 'features' I will never use. Difficult to navigate to the features I really want.

Love the app and the functionality to allow you to clip coupons that can be used at checkout when you input your phone number at the store or when you place a pickup order! Also, you earn points which gets you free items (i.e. 100 pts = free package of hotdogs buns, and many others)

The app not user friendly for customers. Can't scan something and it automatically add to the list.so many other app issues. Complaints from customers all the time. I'm a cashier there. We heard they were making a new one, what's happening with that? Thanks.

APP hasn't worked in weeks: keeps telling me it's not my fault and to try back later. Web works but... what's the point? Always wasting my time. I didn't change any thing... just stopped working. From other comments I should be grateful. Uninstalled and won't be using app moving forward.

While visually impaired I like the concept of the VONs App. While aimed at Providing a less stressfull in-store and more convenient experience for the user - However, 9/10 this Vons App causes more problems of which the app fails purpose 9/10 times. Frustrations and when I am ready for shopping whether delivery, pick up or in-store futile to my GOAL and the in store customer ser ices remedy attempts leave me feeling very dependent and confused in order to save a buck.

Good updates. But now i can't find Just for You deals to clip. Wonder if Vons is doing this on purpose. Can't find deals and coupons that are in the weekly ad. Go figure. Very annoying and frustrating!!!!!

Sorry about my earlier complaint where your app wouldn't let me order anything. (It didn't work for 2 weeks.) I uninstalled it, then tried to open up your old app, which asked me to download your new app, which I did. It suddenly worked, so I ordered! Target will never know.

Shopping is a convenience and no longer a chore. Even when I use the app merely to build my shopping list for self-service, it's a boon. But I do love the fast pickup and go option too.

Confusing, tangled up, not user friendly at all, assumes users sit around creating lists within the app at home AND THEN go to the store. That's not how most people shop. I would never ever trust a list to vons. This app thing has been one of the ugliest, unfriendly moves Albertsons has ever made. For years the app and its PRICES WERE NOT CONNECTED TO THE SCANNER UP FRONT. SO WHEN YOU CHECKED OUT THE CHECKER AND THE CUSTOMER HAD DIFFERENT PRICES. I gave UP. HELLO COSTCO. HELLO WALMART. HI ALDI.

A little buggy after caching > 30 items on a page and load times during pagination is over 5 seconds to load each new set of items. Overall the app is great though.

Love this app I always get great deals and I make my grocery list as well. The convenience is awesome and so are the reward points because you get free items with the points.

Much harder to read than the old app. UI is full of unnecessary frames that make me dizzy when I scroll down the list. The larger fonts mean I have to scroll more and item names are truncated. Hopefully the app is more stable than the last because that is the only possible improvement.

Sell quality items at a fair price. No need to struggle through the app to get the actual price. Can never figure out how much anything costs when shopping up and down the aisles.
