Vons Credit Union for Mobile

Love the app. Makes banking easier and fast to transfer inbetween accounts. Sadly the new update keeps crashing my app. Reinstalled to see if itll fix it but no luck. Crashes when a User Agreement file appears on screen.

Can't access the app always freezes when trying to login EDIT: if you are having the same issue as I am go to their website and login to your account once logged in accept terms and conditions and you should be able to login to your app account without it crashing leaving as a 1 star still because shouldn't need to do this to use basic app funtions

Transfer issues. Whenever I try to transfer funds--either P2P or Mbr2Mbr--I get an error message and cannot move forward. It worked fine until the most recent update, now that portion doesn't work at all. Other than that, I've had no issues.

The app has worked really well with my needs. The transfers are quick and easy. Depositing checks is also very easy. This app is smooth too; I never deal with too much lag.

App makes access to my account so much easier especially on weekends and holidays. A lot easier than calling in with all of the needed security prompts. I can also see right away my transactions.

Banking made easier through the app. The one move that makes the Vons credit union a step above some of the competition. It's enjoyable to have to deal with certain banking aspects of life. Still decent 01/21/22

I love this app. I can avoid rushing to the bank and long lines. Very convenient during this pandemic. From, check deposits to transfers and much more. Highly recommend it 👌

Slow response. Also showed my balance as a debit transaction and not the correct debit amount. Update...now working quite well and easy to use.

The app is decent. Runs smoothly but feels pretty old and outdated. I've came across no bugs but the feeling of it being below modern devalues the smooth use of the app.

App is ok but Hey... i have to log in, my fingerprint is necessary for this. Itd be nice to be able to access my full account info so when I have to set up direct deposits, for work, I don't have to wait till stupid buisness hours to call or hope the ONE branch in San Diego is open. My only frustration.

Great App for a Greater business! Credit union is like a bank but better. Have been a member for 4 years now and don't plan on leaving!

Very convenient app for managing your checking and savings accounts. Like having a personal banker always available in your pocket.

shows wrong act balances, wont allow a transfer when money is available, charges fee's when money releases on charges that were on hold, bank or app will released the held money and not pay held charges... rather it will pay other amounts and bounce every all charges that money was originally already held for. But Vons EFCU has been running this scam way before the app but are now blaming the app that they are forcing all customers to use.

Excellent especially Dolores in loan dept she is efficient and knowledgeable goes over any changes I need pleasant all the time never too busy to return my call and help with whatever I need !!!

This is my first time to use online banking. Setting up the account was quite easily done. And now another first, I'm depositing my first checks done online, I hope all goes smoothly. The online process itself was easy to follow and I appreciate that. Thank you

App is easy to use , just wish I could get the names on check transactions. It would make it alot easier to remember each action.

Taking a pic of the edopsit ck is flawed as focus needs to be fixed. I always struggle w/ this & it takes a long time to accept! I have an account at another bank and it is Flawless how easy it is to e deposit a check!

Great App.. user friendly. I will give it a 5 star once there is an ability to transfer/pay outside the network. Like Zelle!

This app is not available 24 hrs. It seems to not work after hours (ex. 8p, 10p 3a). This was never a problem with the old application.

This app is so easy to use. With this app I don't have to go to the bank to make a deposit anymore I just use my phone and the funds are released the same day if you deposit before 4pm. I love it !!!!

Seems okay, like most banking apps. Its free and seems simple to navigate. Don't need much more than that.

this app is such a flop sometimes , only some functions work properly . lately this app has been getting worse and worse through my experience and needs some kind of update for both functionality and user ability

The app is pretty good. Very basic, let's you see your acct statement easily. But for anything else, not very useful.

Can't use flash on my camera when taking a picture of a check for mobile deposit. Keeps saying it can't detect an endorsement. Wonderful, amidst all this covid BS I now have to bring my checks out to the bank to cash them.
