I just downloaded the app, I really cannot be more thrilled with. It is exactly what I need to keep not only my meds organized but also my family's as well. Super user friendly. I never do reviews ever and i wanted to make a point to do this one because of how easy it was to set up and access my information. LOVE IT!!!
since the update this app hasn't been working for me at all. I hadn't had any issues. Now it keeps putting up my text screen and freezes. I have to restart my phone, uninstall and reinstall it. ???? So bummed.
Very useful functions. Notifications when refills are available. Ability to request a refill through the app. ... Not the pinnacle of app design and technology, but much better than nothing.
Way to dang SLOW!!!!! Continously slow, then it says my time has expired and have to log back in. I have multiple meds and having to refill one at a time is ridiculous. Takes less time to call them in than using the app.
Uninstalled wouldn't open. I reinstalled twice but each time I tried to use it would not open. I Uninstalled as it unusable. You need to fix this, I can stream movies and play games no problem so this issue is your with your app
You need to optimize your app. Once it loads/opens/refreshes it works great. I can stream a movie no problem but it takes 30-60 seconds to open a page? Ridiculous
One of the worst apps I ever used. When you need it, you cannot open the damn thing, even after uninstall and reinstall the stupid app. Whoever is responsible for the app should be fired!
App doesn't let me enter current rx numbers, and won't display any of my current prescriptions.This app feels very rough and doesn't seem like it's complete. It's faster/easier to make a phone call to leave a message for my pharmacist.
It seems to work just fine. I'm not using any fancy features, just checking on prescriotions & renewing them when appropriate. It does what I need it to do, and that's my sole criterion for evaluation.
Sometimes the last fill date has not been accurate. I also have had times when I cannot open the app, even though other apps do not have a problem, so that is why I gave it a 4 rating.
Quicker, more efficient,easy to use. Really is quick and user friendly. A pleasure using this app 5 out of 5 stars, no doubt 🧔
This usually makes it easier to order my medicine refills and then I can pick them up in about 45 minutes that's great thank you

Constantly locks up and have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to open.
Had to uninstall. I really love the entire concept but the performance is seriously lacking. It's slower loading than the old dial up modems, it takes far less time to call in the refills. I liked the fact I could see what I had, my history, but again it took forever to load and it was very glitchy. The last straw was the last update. The entire thing crashed and said it's not compatible with my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21. It was compatible before the update.
