It is working perfectly. I love it. The only problem that needs perfection is the pin issue. I only use one pin, but when I need to open target saving account, it rejects the pin, saying it is wrong.

Worst app ever, don't waste your time with it, I wish there was a way to give it full stars for being bad... deposited money and it never reflected and on checking my mpesa balance it had been deducted.

The app keeps showing wrong pin after correct pin input,so no more experience via app.no showing balance or loans. It frustrating

Transaction cost is very high,you are so slow on transactions,I have tried transacting since yesterday,but to no avail 🤧🤧the worst experience ever,after I get all my vooma savings am going to delete it from my phone it's a waste of time,space and money

POOR SERVICE!!! I deposited cash but I can't withdraw, the app does not give me a chance to input confirmation code sent by the bank, and your response to my claims is way poor, mko chini, first time using it and I'm not seeing myself using it ever again, better stick to KCB-MPESA

Generally good, but that transaction fee may be you should do away with it. I mean there are other apps offering the same services but it's free to do deposits....one would ask theirselves why would I come here and not the other? 🤔

Please be WARNED this APP is a Scam When you deposit money, it never reflects on the account balance plus the app has a lot of bugs and errors with some codes used for data phishing. Use it at your own risk

Too slow,,longer time for transfers to be reflected,,can't help when one wants to transact quickly. Dissapointed

That OTP text for signing up coming after 15 minutes yet the timeout is 30 seconds. This comment section is full of the same complaint and y'all asking to call customer care... fix the bloody bug

The app is wonderful and perfect but the problem is I can't check my balance usually tells me to activate but no response for the activation

Joined VOOMA two days ago. Been through hell and back literally. Thought paybill and buy goods options applies to all including M-PESA. No. Kumbe only for Vooma outlets which aren't many. Again transfer from vooma to mpesa has a fee, unlike bank to mpesa. I have bank, credit cards and thought I could transact from a far. More advantages of VOOMA wallet have to be spelt. KCB has been my only bank since kitu 1988 but this VOOMA wallet is perplexing me. Why VOOMA when KCB card, kcb app, kcb cred

The worst app I have come across. Signing in is a really mountain. How do you go about it. Am frustrated

This app has network issues....too many icant even get out of the verification screen

Improve the details of transactions by indicating sender's name &/or phone nmbr for ease of reference. The generic description CUSTOMER DEPOSIT does not suffice.

I had a terrible experience yesterday after installing the app, i sent money from my mpesa it was deducted from mpesa but not reflecting in my vooma account

I'm very much disgruntled after trying several times to send someone's cash. What might be the problem cause this now is inconveniencing me and that's where all my savings are? Kindly address it

Money deducted in my account, recipient recieves confirmation message from k.c.b. then no confirmation on mpesa. Checks mpesa statement nothing. Call support, they the client has to follow up with mpesa cause the money is deducted from my account. Went to the bank. The case is resolved but I have to wait 72hrs for the funds to get to the desired client.

Guys, this app is totally broken. On my 7th activation sms at the moment. Keeps kicking me out.

By the way if your app is not working,. You can remove it to create space for the best app like Tala zash and meta

This app has replaced mobiloan meaning that you loose all credit you had earned even over ten years

Tue app interface freezes and you cannot navigate if you fail to accept or clear notifications after transactions. This happens untill u can un install and reinstall the application

The app is slow and unreliable. My balance also doesn't reflect money that I loaded more than 5 hours ago. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I can't even log in, and I'm a first time user! App has been granted data access in my phone's data/network manager like every other app that needs Internet access, but after entering my phone number, all I get is "Oops, an error occurred... Try again later". It's a generic error message that gives no clue about why it's not working as expected. From the other reviews, it seems to be more trouble than it's worth, so I'm sticking to the Safaricom, KCB and Tingg apps for now.

The app is overall 👌. Good work. A few issues though.. Signing up on the app was a pain. The signup form doesn't accept spaces at the end of entries, so i kept getting a KYC error (would be good to know this on the signup page). My 1st transaction was buying tokens which was immediately successful, but Vooma messages on Truecaller are marked as spam so I thought the transaction failed until a day later. I would have preferred to see the token number from within the app and not sent as a text.

It's just that there's no 0 star rating. Total waste of phones storage!!!
