Download feature is not working for me. When I click on download button, nothing happens, no progress is shown. Although video appears in download page but it does not play. Nothing happens when I click on video. User experience is so bad even though I have active subscription. I think instead of wasting money in marketing please try to hire good engineers.

I m just sick with this app, I literally cannot watch anything. I start a video and it suddenly stops in a minute or two and show "rendered error" on the screen I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app like a million times with different contact numbers and still the video doesn't work. Why do you make such apps if they doesn't work??? Please help me with this I want to watch shows which are only available on voot apparently. And Also I cannot snapshot on voot.

The app doesnt work properly. Playback fails everytime and shows either "something is wrong" or "source error 7000", no response from support even after mail. Why should we send our details like make/os version, screenshots since the issue is common for every user. Other apps have customer care number to assist us. Please rectify issues at the earliest. There's no point in purchasing select to view our favorite shows if this persists.

I had subscribed to voot with Google account. However recently I tried to login and it doesn't show my subscription. Further, it shows someone else mail id against my account ( which I have logged thru gmail account). This shows application isn't secure and reliable. Will suggest to stay away from it.

It's a good app. But need to upgrade few features. Like one has to scroll down completely to continue watching favourite episode of their favourite serial each time. Season of the serial changes automatically.

Doesn't have option of resuming from where I have stopped and also doesn't have option of chosing season and episodes like we have in Netflix on TV, this needs to fixed, every time I have to start from beggining, forward and go to next episode, please work on this

Downloads do not work properly, get deleted randomly. Scrolling to episodes is not easy, it'd better to not stick the description rather let the whole life of episodes flow. Many UI and UX flaws. Source error 2000 after every few minutes, if there's a network issue on my device or some error on your server, why not pause the video, rather than showing the error.

Previously, these channels were very good but for the past 1-2 months, no episodes of server are running in it. Not a single episode goes running properly always i face the server error problem please Fix it as soon as possible, otherwise all people will uninstall it from their phone. I have removed it from my phone.... Very disappointed with voot

Needs some improvement..no subtitles in download videos. Video do not remember last play. Rotation screen is stuck, needs 360 rotation. No option to download videos without clicking it, I have to click the video to get the download option. There should download button next to each video I don't need to watch each and every video to download it...is this that difficult to fix.

Voot is an entertaining app and it have many shows to entertain us. so I enjoy it but it has an issue which is related to its download. Whenever i tried to download some videos in it but sometimes its videos stopped/pause or failed suddenly. Sometimes these issues occurs in it while downloading. So it should be improved.

Update: After update 4.2.10, problem still there same error 7001. Unable to watch video. Renderer Error 7001 shows. Please fix the bugs. This error makes apps literally useless. My device is OnePlus 7 and also voot select subscriber.

I'm a premium customer. In mobile and web app you see different sports options but in TV app it was showing before I became a premium customer. Now after my subscription it's not showing in the TV app. Please make an update regarding that ASAP. Also, live streaming buffers frequently. Thank you.

This app not works after many attempts of watching any tv show but after watching adds black screen appears.I downloaded that episode but after few minutes black screen appears. If adds can work at such high quality then why can't those episodes. It lags very much. Highly disappointed with this application performance. Thought of taking a subscription but will never take one for sure.

Very worst app which always have issues with playing videos. We get below response if contacted. Any issue you simply need to follow the below steps in the exact chronological order. 1. Delete the app 2. Switch off your device 3. Wait for 10 minutes and then restart your device 4. Now, reinstall the Voot app Video gets stuck in between and gives error or don't load and content... After Playing video ui just gets hanged in b/w and cannot view any content after that...

Even after buying select the app doesn't runs properly whereas it was just fine when I was having the normal version. Is this some kind of joke I can't see live tv it damn freezes everytime I try toh see live tv. And please don't tell me that my phone aur network may be the issue other apps are running smoothly and also I have good network connectivity. Really don't understand those glitches of your app and also cannot see any new episode before tv inspite of being select subscription. Waste!!

I have subscribed for Voot select so that I can watch shows 24 hours before the air time...but on many occasions, they don't release it before time, like it happened today. And I might not subscribe again if this issue continues as you are not holding your end of the bargain. Plus, every time I pause the video to change the screen and come back, the screen size shrinks, and I ultimately have to restart the app each time. Not a good customer experience. 2 stars only for the shows.

Even with high speed wifi the streams get stuck a lot. Sometimes the matches just stop playing. And unlike other online streaming platforms Voot doesn't even offer the floating window functionality. It's such a basic feature. Watching a match on the phone is a nightmare. Please fix this asap

I've the voot select subscription and everytime i watch something it plays for 5 mins and then shows "renderer error". I've to close the app open it again and then again in 5 mins it gives the same error. Pathetic service and very horrible streaming experience. Total waste of money

This is for voot team. Dear Voot community , I am writing this message to you to inform you for the second time that your download system is too bad. I tried to redownload the content but then also it appears as if the content is lagging or the app hangs for the rest of the life. Therefore I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to clear the useless content. Please solve this problem otherwise , my subscription is ending soon and I will not subscribe for the second time. Even after having active subscription, app doesn't allowed to watch downloaded videos. It took almost 1 hour to download the series after reopening application again and again. Worst experience. Not worth of re- subscription.

Very pathetic application! Trying to download the episodes since a week but not happening! Even updated it but still not happening! This is the most useless application. And the saddest part is that thus problem is not even being solved since the past one year! Actually this app doesn't even deserve one star.. I wish play Store had allowed 0 ratings..

I never seen any ott app worst than thiss how can anybody will take this prime if video is not playing constantly ,after very few minutes of starting any episode there is "renderer error" and and it continues repeatedly .I am know frustrated with this aap . Major issue is video is not playing smoothly .with such a great issue this app wants to be rated by its user. Worst app 😖

worst streaming app.... App is confused in lansdscape mode, keeps switching to potrait-landscape! Worst part is, each time it switches between these- there is an adverstisement! Landscape mode has several bugs like extreme Streaming delays for live sports ("Shows match will start soon" for a 80 min football match!) Controls and touch stops working in landscape mode- u cant pause or seek sometimes! Most of time u are scared to back live matches - cause it takes a lot of work to start streaming!

It's irritating to watch something in Voot, i downloaded voot and subscribed, but as I start watching after every 10-15 seconds screen gets blackout with a msg render error. It is so irritating when it keeps on coming after every 2-3 minutes or sometimes it keeps on showing render error after playing for 5 seconds. Please resolve this

The app has good content, but there are plenty of issues with the app on different devices. On Android TV the picture quality is average to bad, I've a stable 300mbps connection but I can see pixels all around. Also, on Samsung Tab 8 strangely the app is not available, I emailed voot team regarding this but got no solution. Case no. XV0995-29YW. EDIT: @voot I've mentioned my case number, yet you're asking me to send you email. Why? Read reviews properly.

It's soo bad ...fluctuations every now and then in 100mbps speed also it shows error 7000 etc. Evertime while fast forwarding it stops .on clicking the continue watching option ...it never play anything... nevermore So freakin irritating. I've been using it since 4 years and everytime I did not mentioned any comments but now it is really getting on my nerves.

Having worst experience. We have to watch long adds even to download single episode. Very bad strategy adopted by you guys just to earn extra money by compelling people to watch your 2 rs adds in which no one is interested.And this app never download video of high quality even if I select High after add video starts downloading only at lowest poor quality always. No option to change quality. Many times media registation fails and we have to download again. Very disappointing experience.
