VOR Tracker
VOR Tracker is a real simulation, so you will find no multiple choice questions or abstract explanations. You can actually practice holding patterns, radial interceptions, DME arcs, and two needle tracking in real time, using either an RMI or HSI.It is practice what it is all about! There is no need for explaining again and again what you already know from flight school. It is about applying your knowledge when the instruments start moving!

VOR Tracker is designed for:

VOR Tracker is NOT:

- a flight simulator – it only focuses on HSI/RMI navigation at a constant speed and altitude
- a course teaching you how to fly IFR procedures

- Use the instrument like you would do in the real aircraft
- Use the map mode to verify your progress
- Lost? Use the help function to display the holding pattern entries
- Things are going a bit too fast? Use the freeze mode to orientate
- Getting bored in straight flight? Use the fast mode
- You want to start over or change the aircraft’s position? Just drag & drop the aircraft symbol
- Start with no wind and increase the difficulty later on by adding wind
- Use the hidden wind function to make things a bit more interesting
- Getting settled? Why not increase the aircraft’s speed?
- Create your own missions and adjust the wind the way you want
- Adjust the maximum dip error from 0 to 15 degrees for NDB navigation

I LOVE this app. I am an IR rated atpl pilot and I can honestly tell you that by practicing with this app, keeps my instrument skills sharp and in fact it has increased my confidence to another level to the point that it now takes me only a few seconds at looking at a VOR or RMI instrument and having a full situational awareness of where I am, where I need to go and how to best achieve this. The app is fully flexible and you can even set up your own local procedure to practice those upcoming test
Really enjoying being able to practice my holds and intercepts no matter where I am. As an instrument student I haven't learned and used all aspects of the app yet, but what I have used is really helping me become more proficient!
Great app to refresh you navigation skills. had an issue with purchasing the HSI,but within after communicating via email within 24 hours or less it was resolved with an updated app. Great app and Great technical support by Thor!
Only two things are missing imo. A fixed background so the RMI is not always pointing upwards. A 'new mission' quick button. This app is a must to get some practice back.
Great app, but the latest update breaks the display on my Samsung A70. Can't get past the what's new screen... However, the team is responding rapidly to fix the issue!
Loved this app until the last update. Now I can't get past the "what's new" screen. Galaxy S10 Updated: bug is fixed and app is back to its former glory
Had an issue with the app but the developer was quick to respond, figures it was my mistake... He was kind to offer me a refund.
My IFR was very rusty and I didnt expect such results so quickly. Has really helped get my ifr situational awareness back up to speed. Recommend.
It is defenetly a 5* app but I ve found a very small issue. Why isnt the wind reset and change with a new mission? Thank you

Read the instument flight trng manual and do practical drills with this app. Very very nice.
Could have more functions like distance and speed...
Nice to practice holdings etc. However, there is no artificial horizon so be aware that you do not develop an unhealthy scan by paying too much attention to/having your eyes looking for a too long duration to the HSI.
