Vorn's Adventure - free 3D action platformer game
The dwarven kingdom lived for hundred years in prosperity. Once divided, the dwarven clans collaborated together under the rule of the good king Oldric. The symbol of the united dwarven kingdom and its most precious treasure was the magic crown kept in the kingdom's treasury.
The crown was guarded by Vorn, Oldric's valiant son. He protected it from robbers, goblins, and most importantly nasty elven thieves. However, the crown became the object of envy from a powerful enemy...
One day something unusual happens - a strange portal rises in treasury and a red hooded character goes out of it. The stranger uses dark magic to put the young dwarf to sleep and steals the royal crown and diamonds.
The adventure begins - you must help Vorn go through different levels to capture the mage and get back the dwarven crown. You will venture through badlands, old forest, ghost town and many more all in 3D platforming madness. And of course in the end, you will fight the boss! Ooo boy this needs work. Abrasive transitions, choppy movement, amateur animation, an eye sore of a HUD, unresponsive controls... but buried under this is some decent Asterix & Obelix style appeal.
Similar to Crash Bandicoot, Rayman or Spyro. Nice 3D visuals, some Asterix and Obelix style. I played similar games on Playstation and Nintendo n64. Cool platformer, lot of action and epic adventure, I like it :)
I am giving a four for effort. A bit choppy in the animation and it needs some sound. Keep developing.
Great game and very interesting. Story is very thrilling and makes you wanna look forward to it everytime.
I really think this game has great potential, and I hope one day this game becomes popular. Yes it does need work but I think the story and style are great!

Better then I expected
This game is a spare time project, and it shows in some areas. The levels are sometimes too open, with lots of seeming side paths that are dead ends. The controls are weird, with 8 directions of movement being mapped on to an virtual analog stick and a clunky lock-on system for attacks. Overall, there's a lack of polish, such as frequent crashes on my lower end device, and some unrelated glitches related with the movement restraining plane and falling. That said, it clearly comes from the heart.
