Sometimes missing video options (1080p), no description of the game being played in followed lists, and occasionally the stream will just stop playing for no reason. But a nice touch not asking for permissions an app like this doesn't need. If it wasn't for the streams randomly pausing it'd be a bit better than the official app for removing the obnoxious ads despite its other problems.

This app is extremely quick. Compared to the regular Twitch app, I can open the app and get to a desired stream way faster. The downside to this app is that it doesn't allow you to view people's channels or VODs. So, if you search for someone that's offline, their channel won't appear. The chat doesn't recognize a lot of emotes either, so just the text appears in their place. But if you're looking to watch streams fast and easily, this is the app for you.

Not all the resolutions show up all the time sometimes you only get the source option wish most tines is 720p at 60fps wish my phone doesn't support 60fps a hot fix would be great I normally watch streams at 360p wish doesn't always so up either I don't really care about resolution but when your phone doesn't support it/them it really gets annoying again a hot fix would be really appreciated.

It used to work just fine till the last week. I used it all the time everyday, or night. Basically ad free viewing for twitch with way quicker loading times less buffering on stream loading. Please fix this app so it loads all games and actually plays the streams again

Im giving it a generous 3 stars because its free and no ads. But it Barely works. If u click on 3-4 streams the next one gives an error. U must kill the app and retry. Chat does not work at all. Today the game and channel thumbnails stopped working, i can only see the stream title.

Used to work fine but now I can't get it to load any stream - tried restarting phone, closing app, both WiFi and 4G but nothing. The app displays the current streams and chat will load but I've not been able to get a single stream to actually play

Minimalistic, no ads and no account needed The only issue that I have is that the video won't go into full screen.. there will always be black borders to the right-hand side and to the top of the screen which is quite annoying. Huawei Ascend P7 Doesn't work anymore..

It pains me to write the review for an app that used to work flawlessly, but now I'm not able to watch content. I'd assume it's a twitch restriction that was just implemented, but that doesn't change the fact that this app doesn't work anymore.

Streams fail to load. Does not accomplish the one thing it's intended to do. There is absolutely no reason to download this app until it's been fixed.

I don't know what the problem, ofc might be the reason of problem is RKN (ros kom nadzor, Russian government which blocking sites and internet resources and after blocking telegram in ban was over 15in IP adreses), but vortex is not working here more, each stream has some error, at official Twitch app no problem like this. It started a few days ago.

cant select quality options. dont see controls. is missing a feedback button you cant preset to start in a game by default performance is good

You need to update your server, Twitch updated on May 7th, that's why you can't load any streams.

It's a great app that is way better then twitch itself but it doesn't let you search a channel once the person is offline and that you could only watch it when it is out.

Simply does not work. Search terms are inactive. Even after loading your account it doesn't access anything. An intrusive waste of time

Would give 5 stars but can't watch vods of offline streams will change to 5 stars once i can.

Sadly, does not work at all since a few days. On a Galaxy S6. Will change back to a better review once fixed.

Perfect twitch app. But please adding keyword searching of games instead of scrolling heaps to find your game to watch

Much better than the official twitch app, would give it 5 stars if you could connect to a Google Chromecast

Very basic no-nonsense twitch stream viewer. Lean and mean would sum up this app perfectly.

App stopped working, hoping there's a fix coming, definitely the best app for watching streams

App needs update. Streams won't load. Pocket Plays had the same issue but updated within 24 hours to fix it. It's been over a week, now.

Love the ability to skip ads and quickly load streams, but I wish it had more chat functionality (emoticon list, mentions, maybe even BTTV/Frankerz support).

Great for just watching streams and chatting. Sometimes stream just stops until you reload the stream.

Great app, one new feature it would really benefit from is a setting to play on WiFi only, got my allowance burned a few times when forgetting to switch WiFi back on at home.

Sadly isn't being updated anymore since beginning of 2017. Streams don't work at all.

Used to work now every stream fails to load even after a reinstall. Sad

Used to be the best no-nonsense twitch viewer by far, but is now unusuable as twitch changes made it incompatible and unable to open streams. Should be fixable in an update, here's hoping this is still being maintained.

Doesnt work now. Videos cant be played anymore. Dont bother to download at the moment
