Vortozo Reader
Currently it supports English and Russian as foreign languages. Language of reader can be chosen of: English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Hindi, and Portuguese.
When reading, if the book is in foreign language, the app highlights unknown words and builds a dictionary for the current page to explore and learn these words. Also it offers for learners a special active memorization procedure for the unknown words and phrases from the reading books.
Thousands books can be downloaded freely from the proposed or user-specified online-catalogs (OPDS ) as well as be imported from the files of the device memory.

More customisation, but so far so good 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Only seeing translations opening to browser so had to submit email.. Refused to process yandex and attached google accidentally.. No way to deassociate and whats this about a trial.. Should have sounds on subwords in word popup, explore should go to a page in user origin language ie be understood by user. Popup dictionary should be accessible in audio mode and equipped with setting to only manually, move between pages. In reader mode, pages are rather too sensitive to page flipping.. Lastly not leastly, remention of TRIAL warning and that app (vortozo's) library, does not translate titles or give basic genres (in user language) of books. Happy about the lighter fare mixed in though. Also for other repo import but its neither sorted/searchable by language nor a parallel reading of language vs translation. Almost perfect layouts and dictionary features are more than hoped for.
You are reading a book and part of words is marked with another color (depends on chosen level of knowledge if I get it right), and you can see all these words with translation and hear pronounce without switching to external dictionary. It saves a really lot of time. Just one minor problem - swipes for opening list of translated words and for switching to the next page are very similar, and need some practice (5 min for me) for doing it right.
It's very convenient to read books and memorize words. I like it.
