Kudos to the service team, I have never seen any team follow up on an issue to the extent voucherscout team has done with me. Now the app is working perfectly. The never give up attitude of the team is so clearly visible. Keep up the good work.

I had some issues initially with the app loading and I gave 1 star with complaints But I just say I am much impressed by the customers feedback service they have They not just only called and ask me about the complaint details, they actively worked and resolved my issue within a day Much appreciated service, which shows how sincere they are with their work Keep up the good work, hope more people will benefit from you guys Regards
Have been using this App since i received my membership. It is a very nice platform where you have many choices to choose from.
I have downloaded the app several times, however it does not go any further. The screen is pink then white and that's it. How can I start using this app
The model is good. Its a win - win - win approach for all 3 parties : Buyer, Seller n Voucherskout, everyone benefits. The working appears complex, but once you understand, it goes off smoothly. Working experience was good with no hiccups. The Customer Service support is handy. It is, however, suggested to have wider diversity of Outlets and Shopping Categories. More options on Groceries or Electronics will make it more lucrative.

Have been using this app since I have received credits through my Credit card company. The use of the app is really easy and when I have reached out to the Voucherskout team when I had a technical issue, they went all out to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Further, they conducted a 360 degree review to ensure that the issue was closed. This level of customer service is rather rare to see these days and it is quite evident that there is a committed group of people behind this app. Well done
Absolutely World Class. Was introduced by a friend during an argument about Entertainer which I thought was saving me more money than him using VoucberSkout. How wrong I was! The 50% off total food bill makes a hell of a difference! Wont be renewing my old annual subscriptions again - as it's much better to pay as you go for the deals. Well done to the team who made this fantastic product.
No benefit in any activities. All partner denies acxeptance of voucher codes. My whole year of subscription is gone in vein. Personally I believe there are many better options for discount and offers especially in UAE market. PS: I got call from their customer service after the review, which is really nice and unlike any other competitor. I am changing my review as it was posted in anger.
Reall Super App! My bank sent me a code to get credits and I've really enjoyed the 50% off savings. It's really nice being able to get the a 50% off discount on the whole bill rather than just a main course like the other discount providers. Well done to the team behind this I'm a big fan
this was great originally but all of the quality venues have now disappeared. app regularly fails. I have emailed customer service twice this week with no response. Really annoyed that I bought so much credit...
The 50% off bill system makes it easier vs. some of the other BOGO apps. They have been adding some of my fav places in my neighborhood recently so will keep on use regularly. Keep up the good work.

Great app with new offers coming in. Had a minor issue with one of the merchants but the customer service team of Voucher skout ( Joel ) provided great support and solved the issue. Good app with great customer service in case of any issue or query. Quick to respond as well.
It is a good a app but its not having a good number of restaurants. The reason I'm giving two stars is I went to the wok and co restaurant from my place and there they said we are not accepting coupons anymore although the expiry on the app is nov 2021
After signing up the app tells me it doesn't recognize my number and if I try to sign up again it says the number is in use already... After numerous tries when I reach the point to feed the activation code Sent by sms... There is no button to proceed after feeding in the activation code nor does the app does it for you.
This is a great app for 50% off deals. I tried to activate my promo code and was having difficulties. But their response to my concern was really quick. Also their representative helped me until I could activate the promo code. Great support staff.
I had a promo card from Gulfnews, which I could not activate. I reached out to their support and they responded immediately and sorted out the problem. Have not used the App yet but thumbs up to their support
Signed up through my fb. Went through the process. Sms verification code never sent. Tried a dozen times. Telephone number is right. Uninstalled reinstalled. Same issue. Still can't get the verification sms. This is basic programing people. Who's doing your beta testing!?
I raised the query and it was answered in no time. The staff also very generous and very helpful in resolving the issue. Thanks to Joel. One suggestion that they need to expand thier vendor base.
Easy enough for a child to use and comes with an extremely well balanced bouquet of vendors/partners What makes the app all the more appealing is their excellent customer support service. Keep up the great work!
my voucherskout app has stopped working suddenly since last 2 months. what has to be done even after sending mails to correct the error no reply. let me know asap.
Don't know what had happened with the app suddenly. The app was not opening only on my OnePlus device. But really appreciate the efforts that the entire team has put to resolve the issue. Many thanks.
