Already was having account. Now its asking to login again. But not able to login. So need to book as guest. Unable to get tge share points. Completely disappointed
Dear Vox, Worst response from Vox Customer care. Please booking with Vox Cinema. Kindly careful with Terms and Condition. Because when booking with Bank offer, we can't change, modified the booking... Even emergency you have lost the ticket, there is no flexibility in their Cinema. Choose alternative Cinemas in UAE..
Does not work when you want it to work, there's always a bug when ordering online or booking in advance, not 100% reliable
Your Cinema is honestly good with nice sound system and seating. Am one of your regular movie viewers. This is the only relaxation I have in Bahrain. but booking ticket is always a nightmare . 1. Directly -only one of your counters will work ( even during weekends) , the cashier's are as slow like movies by Kelly Reichardt . 2. Online app- The payment system is so bad especialy using a debit card is so difficult. The app won't save the details. Incase we try to it gets stuck and bang!
Vox app was a real good one but now I hate the search functionality. I'm unable to search eith the option ALL CINEMAS - its not available anymore and now I have to check availability for a movie based on individual theatre. Not good customer experience
Worst app, their is no option to see what kind seats are available. Not user friendly Lags too much No toll free number to contact customer care
Poor payment gateway. whenever you will process for your payment. some error will always be there.
Used to be fine. Now I am forced to reset my password each and every session, forcing me to go through pages of picture verifications to prove I'm not a robot. Why? Makes no sense. I got around this by just continuing as a guest. However, this option is not accessible anymore and the app forces me to go to the password reset method (I have done this at least 5 times already) Honestly, it's pretty ridiculous VOX hasn't fixed this when there are multiple complaints of the same issue.
App is slow and all the movies don't load properly when checking upcoming movies. You have to click the movie to view it and when you go back it keeps taking you to the top of the page. Very frustrating to use. Would rather use the site for that. Additionally, it would be nice if account holders could be notified about the starting of advance booking of a movie based on their preferences.
With this application, while booking a ticket, once the seat is selected, and bymistake if we press back button or minimise app. Seat will remain as booked or unavailable. Then we need to select different seat later, which is really annoying and should be corrected
It works but some features are ridiculously counterintuitive, like accessing purchased tickets for example. This should be on the first screen. There's also a redundancy in the drop down categories, Movies and What's On... aren't those the same thing?! The Food and Drink page is useless if you cannot order in advance. And the About, Contact Us and Terms can all be combined. And what is the point of Ways to Watch?! A little info link from the ticket purchasing page would serve the purpose.
it does the job. just barley the app does book your seats and you can order food up ahead and all. low rating is because the UI is outdated and not user friendly by any means. sugesstions: 1. enable the phone's (andriod) navigation buttons to control the app. example: pressing back button! 2. add a simple dashboard instead of the menu on the top left. 3. utilize the buttom of the screen for user controls since the only interactive button is top left... the farthest from the users fingers!
The app is good and easy but there is something annoying about it. When I open a movie details and get back to the list of movies, the list starts from the top again! Everytime I checked a movie I should scroll again to it. This is a big usability issue. I really wish if you fox it.
App is badly designed. You get charged extra for the benefit of making an online booking and the online food ordering doesn't work. You can order and still nothing is ready. Horrible
I checked on the mobile app for the timings of a movie and found that it was different from the website.I called VOX INFO and they were totally confused and unable to tell me the correct timings.They promised to investigate and revert.After about 15 days no answer from VOX cinemas!TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EVERY AREA FROM VOX CINEMAS!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾😡😡😡😡

When you go back to the movies list after selecting a movie, the app takes you to the top of the list. Would be nice if it returned you to the same position so you don't have to scroll all the way down past the movies you already viewed... When you share a movie listing the link generated is to the website homepage not the actual movie info. Really useless. The link should take you directly to the specific movie... Would give the missing stars once these improvements are applied.
Please don't use the app it's better to go and pay using your credit card on the spot at the cinema. It charges you the money but gives you an get error and then you have to go thorough the difficult process of calling the customer service, which also isn't very helpful, to get your refund and payment reversal processed. A very bad service and a faulty processing system. This really needs to be fixed. A total disappointment.
Dont book vox, I booked ticket Thirsday late night(12.30am Friday)night through this app. In selection, Today option selected..& booked... Today should be 'Friday'... But generated ticket showing on satuday I called the customer support & they didnt refund & rescheduled Worst service Better go with Reels cinemas
The app has stopped working after the update. once you select the country, the page opens with the map on the top left hand corner with nothing else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing. please fix because its getting difficult to browse and mainly book tickets.
After the latest update, I have lost all my Vox reward points. I was a few movies away from being able to redeem for a standard ticket, but instead it has now been converted to cheap chocolate combo. If you have not yet updated the app, and you have plenty of reward points, redeem them first before updating.
Worst setup and design/structure configuration of all 3 cinema apps in Kuwait, not that the theater have any issue but the app is the worse. What adds to the complication is the regular monile phone error that appears every time we try to book. It's raised already to their customer care center and their advise was to do the personal profile update in every time we try to book a new movie ... ridiculous
to many pop ups that distract you and get you flustered. not seeing the date you booked clearly but having to click a drop down box makes it easy to make mistakes like booking the wrong day so actually booking for a movie that starts in 20 min not 24 hrs then not allowed to change it so disappointing
