The app isn't working. Receiving error message " Unable to establish a connection".
The only issue I have now is that I can't scan barcodes to see if certain medicines or medical items are eligible to use my FSA card with. It was able to scan barcodes about three or four months ago, but now I keep getting an error message every time I try to use it now.
