Voyage FCU Mobile Banking

Ever since the new update my app has to crash three times before I can log in and then I can see my account or sometime can't even open it!

App crashes and doesn't let me open, fix please!

It was good before the most recent update. Now, the app won't load on my phone.

It won't allow app to runn can't check balance or anything

More and more often the app won't even work. It opens, but you can't log in, type anything,or even press the instant balance button. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't work, nor will any sort of off and on again.

Voyage Mobile banking is very simple and super convenient when its needed. I love this app. You have the ability to make transfers or deposits at any time, from home. Truly amazing.

Have not figured out how to do external transfer.

Good app and handy, but just super annoying that it stays running (and you get a persistent notification about it) even after you officially exit the app. So you have to force stop it everytime. Should be an easy fix.

the camera should align the check once you have it in the box and snap the photo for you,also should not take a picture of the background. ive seen this at other banks and it works alot better for a visual view of check.

The mobile deposit do not post with constancy. When Your own bank sources out its mobile deposits and they are not done in a timely manner makes you wonder if your bank is for the people or the money. I know 2 other fcu and when I make a mobile deposit it post within 20mins to my account. Voyage is scanning it's members it almost seems to make money with deposits that don't post on time. Kinda upset with app and the bank.

Nice design. Very easy to use. Mobile check deposit is swift and simple. Love the instant balance and notifications.

I think a home screen widget would really help this app. My opinion remains unchanged. Home screen widget please!!

This app no longer works with my S22 Ultra, sadly. Otherwise, with my previous phone, it was great!

this app has been super useful, I was able to easily monitor my accounts as well as apply for and receive an auto loan. Great customer service!

Easy access when I need check things while not being near. Love the mobile deposite. Easy to use and very convenient.

App hasn't worked in 7 days on my s21 ultra how come this can go so long without being fixed? Not to mention the issues with login almost every time you have to enter login ID it says it's wrong

Would like access overnight. Early morning hours my accounts are unavailable to see. Also ability to notify of out of state travel for card usages.

Easy to use

Never works always changing. Stop updating and changing things. How do you ever expect us to use the system. Omg.

Sucks one of the worst apps I've ever use crashes all the times nothing but problems have to call just about every time when using it
