Voylla - Online Shopping

Smooth delivery experience. Wide variety of collection. And the Unboxed collection for earrings is exceptional cheap with great quality for the amount paid, and they keep updated it every now and then. I don't know if their return or exchange services are equally smooth too, since I never used it, so I can't comment on that. Rest, I'm a huge fan of their earrings collection, it's a must try! They really need to fix their order page on app though, also the filters don't work properly.

Very bad experience as my coupon code for 10% didn't apply. At the time of placing order, there was no column to apply that disc code. I can't review my order as verification code didn't come even after trying so many times. Tried from alternate number as well. Very bad experience and really disappointed 😔😔😔

Very pathetic experience with Voylla. Never faced such a pathetic experience in any other app like Myntra,Amazon,Flipkart etc. The most worst part is that it does not shows the order details in the app and not any place to create the return request. We itself have to return the product through the courier services. What the hell is this. In this pandemic people are avoiding to step outside and these sites/app are telling us for selfshipment of the product if you have raised the return request.

I had Insta Vouchers and was trying to redeem online on their official website but it just did not accept my gift codes.. tried switching browsers and devices but no fix... even customer care did not provide with a resolution! At the end I downloaded this App and tried my luck... Viola!! It worked like magic... The app is quick and user friendly... also restores all your order details and cart items once you Login. Thank you God I made a great purchase!

I have ordered for the first time and my experience is not good with the process. One of the product was missing and it showed delivered in the app. The customer care number does not work at all. I have already raised my concern through email. But, the issue has not been resolved. Also, I have returned few products and have not received the refund yet. It's highly unprofessional. I have already raised my concerns. Kindly refund my 587 Rs at the earliest possible.

It was a very bad experience ordering online from Voylla. They are very interested to buy and deliver their products but when you would like to return their product for some reason they will not arrange pickup and will make lame excuses. You will waste you money by ordering. Don't get into their trap.

So I was checking for some jewellery shopping app when Voylla was recommended to me three - four times so I installed it.But what I found out was that there is literally no variety in the jewelleries.The price for every jewellery is hell of a lot and they don't give much options to choose from.It was simply a waste of time for me and it's not even worth installing.

Hope i could rate it below one star. Pathetic experience. The order history shows blank. It just keeps on saying no order found, in spite of the fact that i paid 3700 rupees just now for the items i ordered. It just keeps on asking to try with another number but i just have one phone number. I am too scared if they will even deliver my order ever. Kindly cancel my order and refund my money now. I doubt your authenticity now.

Products are all good. But the app doesn't update wishlist in this new version. which ever product i add, doesnt appear in wishlist. The few old products that i had added earlier keeps repeating again again infinite in the list.

The collection is good but the items go out of stock and you don't even have the notify button so that, we get notified whenever the product is available. If any of the product is out of stock, it gets disappeared from the wishlist as well as the cart.

The products are really nice , but expensive than other online sites . And the voylla team really needs to work on the app . Everytime i want to see my recent orders i am not able to . The page is very unresponsive... Reduced 3 star rating for the unresponsive page and the customer service . I have requested for call since 2 days but never received any .

I wanted to check my previous orders. First it asked me to verify my phone number with an OTP. By the time I checked the OTP and got back to the app, it had gone back to the homepage. So, I had to begin the process again. Eventually after getting through it showed no details available!

I had size issue with a ring that I ordered.and today it's almost 25 days..i haven't got refund.even my return pickup was also late near about 10 days.worst app.don't buy anything from here.their service is not good.u can try Myntra,Ajio,Tata Cliq.if u return there they make our payment along with pick-up.

You know what I loved your products that's why I wanted to buy them...But I don't think you guys want to deliver your own order to your customers...I guess you people are saving them for your own usage...isn't it!! I seriously never got this much upset by any online delivery shopping then you people....Do something for your delivery system ok....otherwise you'll keep continuing upsetting your customers like this....even when your products are good but just because of terrible terrible terrible shipping system you people have I didn't got my order...then what's the meaning of this app!! Beautiful products but disgusting Delivery System ever seen. Hate hate hate immense hate...uninstalling this right now

I placed an order 2 days back and made full payment. Now it is showing as no order and even the order history is blank. This is alarming. Hope to either get delivery or my money back.

I hv returned few items, its more than a week still my refund is pending. Everytime the customer care executive is misquoting the refunded amount and replying my mail. Very frustrating experience for me. I bought from this app for the first time.

No easy returns (no option to return via app). Need to contact customer care which is not very responsive. Chat and call option are just for name sake and do not really work in order to ask queries related to the order or your return/refund. Very disappointing

I ordered three jewellery pieces considering that i usually shop from voylla stores n I love their jewellery. However to my surprise, the jewellery I ordered online from their app was so bad. One necklace was broken. The other piece looked golden in colour but wen it arrived it was copper. N the other one was of such bad quality. I ordered since I m a regular customer n I buy jewellery from their stores. But ordering from voylla app was such a bad experience. Just waiting for my refund n then I m uninstalling the app!

One of the worst app I could never watched . One hair band is for 399 /- 😬it's so scary and it is a good joke 🤣.when I saw that really I laughed alot and shared screen shot of price with my friends because same hair band I bought it for 5 /-🤣. Please keep reasonable prices don't cheat people with this unnecessary rates . 🙏 If there is zero for rating means I ll give zeroooo(0)

Wouldn't suggest to buy from here. Product's are of inferior and low quality and doesn't match the description. Photo's shown on their page are different from the actual product and app doesn't even work properly.

Order History is not shown in the My order tab and Instead of 8 pair voylla sent 8 different single studs. Now i want to return this but there is no option shown in the application. Totally disappointed.

Really bad experience... It's hard to find something of choice and even If you find something appropriate, the cost is too high... Will never use this app again

Worst app evwr used. This app does not refund the money if you have make any online payments. I did as per the instructions to return the product. I posted it, but the product is returned saying that they have changed the address. It was Rs. 3500 round off.
