As a Voys customer, with this app you can easily dial out with your company’s landline number.

How does it work?
SetupSign in with the username and password of your Voys account. Enter your personal cell phone number under the tab 'Settings'. The first time you log in, the App will ask for your permission to access the contact list on your cell phone.
Calling with the AppYou can call any number by; simply clicking on it from the recent calls list, clicking on a contact or using the numpad to dial a number manually.
Two phone callsThe connection works by setting up a 2-way call, one from your business number to your cell phone and the other from your business number to the desired destination.The platform calls you within a second. Answer the call and it will connect you to the contact you chose to call, showing him/her your company’s phone number. Your company pays for both the incoming and the outgoing call. Standard call rates apply.

The app does not show the contacts within the company and missed calls only show the number that was called (aka me) so i do not know whom I should call back. The connection and the sound dos not function well enough to call a lot with it. the app opens when you have a missed call and that did cause me some accidental dials to my customers which is not preferable. If I set my availability to not available i still get calls. When given the choice to have a handset or the app, i recommend handset
Since the last update, the app vibrates on call and it's impossible to switch off. All settings have vibration off but it ignores my settings.. Pls fix
Honestly... 3 stars for the effort but I honestly don't understand why people rate this more than 4 stars. Been using the app for weeks now but every now and then I can't seem to pick up the call. Make that at least 3 times a day.. Hitting the button just doesn't let me. Please fix this weird bug. This part of the 'experience' is horrid at the least.
Still not showing contacts from within the company itself with the quick dial numbers. And still not blocking regular phone calls while calling using the voys app. Most colleagues stopped using the app.
This is by far one of the worse Dialing app I've ever used. Download GS wave instead, much more consistent
The app doesn't show contact names within the organization. Guess we have to keep looking at emails to see who we are calling.
Lately I'm not getting calls coming through to my device.
I received the greatest service from Jacqueline Midgley. Set up was super easy and fast. Affordable and clear landline.
Good not excellent. I need to open app manually to rings. It is not in battery optimization list.
It's very great to use though it needs to be worked on more as it freezes sometime... Rare case though
