I've been loving this app! I'm a true beginner and was worried it would be overwhelming but it's not at all! I can feel like I'm pushing myself but I'm able to still work out the next day without being in pain! I had an in person personal trainer in the past that made me do weird workouts and then I could hardly move, this app let me put in the stuff I have in my home and made great workouts! Who knew a golf ball could be an exercise tool! Also love that it's just 30 min! HIGHLY recommend this!
Wow, this app is in depth. For an out of shape guy like myself, this app has helped me create new goals that are easily obtainable. I absolutely love the UI and how easy it is to navigate. Kudos to the creator and a big thanks for helping me achieve dreams I never thought were possible.
Some of the best workouts I've ever had! I've used a personal trainer before but it was impossible for me to be consistent on their schedule and at times even struggled to make it to the gym. I purchased home equipment but found myself doing the same things all the time. Now I can grab a workout when possible at home or the gym and the workouts have good variety. I also think it's amazing how I can enter what equipment I own and it literally puts those in my workout. I can tell the dude in the exercise videos and giving the audio tips is a real pro. This is a solid app that delivers workouts just like a personal trainer. FYI, I chose the “functional fitness” and it does have a little of everything. Definitely works my whole body and I like how I'm not too sore or tired so I can get back at it.
Easy to use app that adjusted to my current fitness level and available equipment. I like that I can provide the app with feedback that influences my workouts, which makes it feel like more of a personal trainer when compared to the other fitness apps that I've downloaded.
Awesome variety of workouts with programming that changes every 4 weeks. I use this app with my home gym and it has kept me motivated every day. Great tutorials for every movement and a clean, simple to use app. A+ guys!
I LOVE THIS APP!!! I am almost 50 years old and I have never received the positive outcomes from any exercise program as I have this app. I am gaining muscle and losing fat, my hips and back don't hurt as much, my balance is improving, I sleep better and I have more energy during the day! The workouts are challenging yet they aren't time consuming and I can do them right in my basement with my equipment. I also don't feel very sore the next day so I never dread my next workout !
I've been a gym rat for a long time and I love this program. I was one of the initial beta testers and I love how the Ai programs workouts. It used the first 3 weeks to gather data about my abilities then the following 3 weeks (and every 3 after that) it has given me challenging workout blocks that have been a lot of fun for me. Its a lot different than I have ever lifted before and i'm seeing better results than ever. I do love how I don't feel beat up after workouts but all my numbers are still going up. Another thing I like about this program is how they educate/show you proper form on each exercise. The in ear tips during each exercise are also very helpful. Another thing that I enjoy is that all my workouts are programmed for the equipment I have available to me in my home gym. Lastly something that helps me the most is that it keeps track of my progress each set and all my weights used/reps completed.
As a previous collegiate athlete, I highly recommend this app! Others I've used just give me preloaded exercises, this is like my college strength coach is beside me creating different exercises as I perfect the previous ones. These workouts are producing the same results I was getting back in my prime, without having to pay for that high level of quality. I`m able to do them in the gym or in my tiny apartment with no equipment. This is EXTREMELY worth every penny! Save your money on a trainer!
Really liking this app so far. Subscribed after the two week trial. Love how I can input the equipment I have at home and get a workout geared to what I'm looking for. I don't have a wide arsenal of exercises so I'm learning a lot. Glad to hear my money is going to Foster Care as well.
I just registered for the trial version. Seems promising but I really need to have the option to tailor it to the time I have available, or at least be able to see how long upcoming workouts are so I can plan. Unless that becomes an option I will not be able to purchase.
I like the flow of the work out. It's also nice that the workouts don't completely kick my butt so that I'm able to function at work the next day! But I can still feel that I did workout its a good sore not one that hinders my performance like I've had using other programs.
I was one of the beta testers of this program so I have been using it for quite some time. It is user-friendly, inexpensive, convenient, and effective. I wasn't even trying to lose weight and ended up losing 6 pounds after using the program for just a couple of weeks. I am in my 40's with a busy life with my job and family. My schedule changes week to week. I can't establish a set day and time to visit the gym. I needed something that could help me get in shape on MY time whether I have time to visit a gym or want to workout at home. This program gives me that flexibility.
Was sceptical at first, but was easy to get started and has motivated and challenged me to push myself to the next level! Wish I had found it sooner!
Took a quick look at it. I'm disappointed it doesn't have an option to tailor your workouts based on the time you have available to you. I usually only have about 30 minutes to work out and 3-4 days free in my week. The first one is 54 minutes and there only seems to be a 5 day option. Furthermore, I Can't even take a look at the following days so I know what to expect and plan. SMH
I tried to register and after registering and trying to log in a message popped up stating invalid credentials. I just uninstalled the app altogether. horrible
THIS APP IS COMPLETE TRASH ! after I set up account it locked my whole phone and email was full of spam mail and stupid adds I would never recommend this app to anyone!
This app is unlike any I have used. I didn't see gains in the past because I wasnt doing the right workouts. This app now does this for me. Finally! Love it. Thanks...
App sucks! Functions where slow and app keep closing up & stating error DONT WASTE TIME!! ...like i did never again!

As Doctor of Physical Therapy I like this app due to focus on strengthening the whole body versus focusing on only major muscle groups. It is focused on the goals you, as the user, choose and continues to build on that, naturally progressing you. It is very important to make sure that the body is balanced and this app does a phenomenal job in doing so. In addition, this app allows the user to enter past injury in order to modify the exercises to you. If that weren't enough, it also allows the user to modify the exercise in real time, so if an exercise is too hard or easy you can adjust it during your workout, no pushing yourself into injury. The app also provides in ear instructions and videos demonstrating proper form as well as stating what NOT to do which is helpful to make sure you are engaging the appropriate muscle groups and maintaining proper body mechanics. As a user of the app (non-therapist brain). I like the built in timers for exercises, the advantage of entering my weight and the app saving that information and modifying my future exercises to ensure I do not become stagnant. I also like the estimated time to complete that is provided at the top so I can look ahead before I work out and plan my workout into my day based on the time it will require. This early planning has helped me tremendously in not skipping a workout because I thought it might take up too much of my already busy day. On that note, these workouts are very easily incorporated into a very busy day based on the equipment you have readily available, but don't be mistaken in thinking you won't get a solid workout. The exercises included will continue to help you achieve your goals and while you may not being completing hours of exercises, you are completing a good 45-60 minutes of VALUABLE exercises which makes this app great. You don't have to spend extra time figuring out which exercise to do next or which muscle groups, it's all worked into the app leaving you to just decide what goals you would like to achieve. Can't say enough good things about this app.
