VPayQwik - Mobile Wallet

I suggest to not install the app. I tried added 9000 to my wallet, amount got deducted but not added to my wallet. after 2 days I got a message your amount has been refunded. But I haven't received my money back. Now I unable to login the app. It says to call customer support. But no one picks the call. when I send an email It bouncing back and saying inbox full. what a service...! when there is real money involved, you should be more responsible.

I had transferred the amount from my Vijayawada bank account to vpayqwik account on 27.11.2018. Due to network error the transaction was not completed. Then I wrote mail to both my branch and vpayqwik customer support. But till date no action has been taken. If you call the customer care they will never pick up the call. I have never seen such irresponsible customer support.

I have done the bank transfer through this app but the amount has not yet credited to the respective bank account and also tried to call to customer support - no response, had send the mail to customer support even then there is no response or reply from the respective team... Please don't download this app waste of time and money.

app not opening ....keeps showing "checking app version. please wait" and then crashes. kindly do something as there is money in my app and it has to be transferred immediately to my account.

I have loaded money to wallet and am stuck now, coz am not able to transfer funds to any bank account from this wallet. customer care number is just ringing and no answer. email : bouncing back stating that the receiver's inbox is full...😕😕

Dont use it. If put query for money transaction is not credited to the beneficiary account then they will block the vpayqwik account instead of refund of amount. Custome care number always ringing but no response.

After adding money and trying to transfer into bank account... message displays as transaction FAILED!!! WORST APP!! NO CUSTOMER CARE, NO RELEVANT PEOPLES NUMBER TO GET THINGS RESOLVED, THATS HOW GOVT. banks and their APPs work!!

Unable to enter date of birth while registering. Not sure how someone could published the app without regression test. We can't use the app anymore. It is just garbage and nothing.

transfering money through app has taking long time 2 days. and in aupport secrtion mail id not working, support number was wrong,user complaints not working, How you live this app.

Bakwas app as when I try to fill the dob it won't enter as there was a problem in the app.I also. send email but no reply received.Worst service ever.

very worst app as last 15 days whenever i am trying to add money it showing server maintenance. The customer service is very poor. They are not responding

There is a bug in the app. I am not able to fill my dob tab. App is not working properly.

I had never seen this type worst app, I am entering the correct ifsc value and every time getting the message as invalid ifsc.

App need a update, not allowing to enter DOB while registering. How come it is in Production, without checking all the fields functionality

Bank transfer says successful, but even after 24 hrs amount not yet received. No proper customer service, took 25 mins to get someone to answer the call, pathetic service

from the past few days i m trying to load through other option but every time i m getting server under maintainance message.Kindly resolve the issuse.

This application is the worst from Vijaya bank.I attempted recharge for my phone number many a time but it never did.I also transferred money to SBI but beneficiary account not credited.Totally I have lost Rs.899 .So be careful before installimg this application .

I tried to transfer Rs 12 from my credit card to wallet. Money got deducted from my account but balance in the wallet is 0. Never trust these kind of apps.

I have just installed and register my no. After login its asling for information like name date of birth etc But when i selected date of birth its getting select and than how i will update my date of birth

Not able to create the treatcard. Always showing network issue error.

I downloaded this app and transferred money to it and now my mobile no got changed and now I cannot access into this account and I have lost my transferred money.

i have added money through c.c to vpayqwik wallet.from wallet i have added 980rs to bank did not get my money my money losss this is fraud appp wrost appp take action on this appp..... plzzz
