Terrible and Pathetic customer service. It's been 11 days I ordered JBL Party Box 310 and unfortunately still no clue about the product. On top of that lady (Siddhi) at customer service is too cold and unhelpful and confirmed to that would be delivered at some other address which I never mentioned. Pls avoid ordering for such apps. I am stuck as have already paid for the product.

i had decided to buy a bluetooth headset. First preference was to go to Amazon/Snapdeal/Flipkart. So i was browsing abt the product. The same product was available at cheaper price in VPLAK. I wasn't sure abt purchasing it from vplak. So i did some researching and felt the site was ok. So i placed the order and the product was delivered on time. The product was well packaged and protected. The product is original and there was no damages. I would recommend Vplak.

Worst online shopping experience. I have placed an order on 29 th of September and today is 13 of October but till now my product is not dispatched. Also there no option to cancel the product. Trying to reach the customer care multiple times but no response from their end. Written couple of mail as well but no has responded. I am going to fail a case against this ..

Got a Denon AVR-X550BT and I am using it for 6 months now. Sound quality and clarity is superb. The packaging it came in was pretty solid,just had one concern thatI was not able to track my order, had to call them for that, although happy with purchase as got a perfect avr as per my needs.

Wrost customer care service. I want to cancel my order and there is no option for cancel. They are not taking any action on my order , status not changed for more than 12 days. No response on mail. Many time tried to reach customer care. Half of the time you will be not able to connect customer care and once you connect they say will ship your order and next day will cancel your order. No response after that. They are not giving me product or my money back. Don't buy anything from this site.

This was my first time to order this product from your site. Initially i was worried about the delivery and genuineness of product because i read all the reviews from quora and some other websites before ordering from your site. But at the end the experience was great. I ordered this product on 02 Sep 2021 and received the product on 08 sep 2021 within the said delivery time. The packaging of product was fabulous like extra protected. Till now the speaker is working very well without any issues.

Ordered a SVS PB 16 Ultra subwoofer as it was at a good deal price, although got the original product in a good packing but had to contact them for every update from tracking details to status of order. So not good customer service I can say.

I bought bose f1 model 812 from vplak. (Rs 2.35 lakh) Delivery takes time, I have picked up my parcel from warehouse. Otherwise it would have taken 10 more days. vplak is very good, its product is also good. But the delivery system is not perfect.

Some problem with navigation in the app. If you are viewing a product from the list and then return back, you come back to the top of the list instead of being where you opened the product you just saw.

Keep away from this site. I ordered mouse and keyboard on 20th May 2020. They did not ship the product for nearly 10 days, when I contacted them they said the product is not available. But I can still see it in stock. They are not even refunding my money even after repeated request. Be aware...

Got Boat Stone 400 from Vplak and I must tell you it is a good product. I have purchased it and was delivered to me in 4 days. Overall the bass and the sound quality is pretty good and another thing that will give you such a sigh of relief that it is provided with a wire in case of battery discharge.

Worst Site, Don't buy anything from VPLAK. I didn't get my order either refund. There's no option to cancel order. Terrible customer care service. I sent so many emails but no response from them.

Placed an order for chromecast, the product is good as your it makes your TV smarter. But it requires another WIFI so please arrange for modem/Router/any wifi hotspot. Thanks VPLAK for fast delivery.

They have the worst customer care service. The site has no option for cancellation. They do not provide refund. They Don't respond to calls and emails. They are just pathetic , cheat , fraud. Don't ever buy products from this site. It's one in a million chance if you receive your order.

Ordered an Mi TV 4K box and the product is good quality and very usefull. Making normal led tv an Android tv. Android 9.0 updated and easy to use. Watching all OTT platform on my normal TV.

I doubt if this is a fake shopping site. I ordered a pendrive and paid for it and later they say its out of stock. This happened a month ago and they still have not repaid me back my money.. worst experience..

Placed an order for B&O speaker worth 20k but wanted to change the address and so had a really tough time getting in touch with the team, and they assured that product would be genuine and in a good condition as I was skeptical about it but in the end got a genuine sealed packed speaker.

Got a Fuze 200 and I have to say it is worth for money. Nice bass and clear sound. Some sound problem at 100% volume. Battery backup is wow. Delivery was slight late but its ok.

I made a purchase from this app, damaged product was delivered and later even after contacting the customer service, they do not take the case on priority. Customers do not matter to them for sure!
