Fix the ads. I literally cannot turn on the actual vpn because every single time I click the button it starts an ad that stops the app from, y'know, doing it's job. The ads never stop and frankly I'm tired of it. And if you tell me to get the paid version, that's utter bs. The free version is LITERALLY unusable with the ads rn, that should not be happening. Fix it, and maybe I'll use it again.

It works but there's too many ads. TOO MANY. I don't normally complain about advertisements but this app has gone over the line with it. Excessive advertisements that does not even let me start the VPN without spending roughly around 3 minutes of annoying ads. It used to be a good app but now it's gone down hill completely. And look I get it; it's a free app but that doesn't mean you have to literally flood my screen with excessive amounts of ads.

The connection is great 95% of the time, sometimes disconnects, however, I couldn't recommend this to anyone after the update that lead to a ridiculous number of ads. It's practically unusable and everyone understands that ads are necessary to run it for free but this is just far too many - it's a bombardment of them. I've had this app for over a year and it's been a pain to use the past few weeks or so after that update. There are better VPNs anyway and they are probably worth the money too.

I don't necessarily have an issue with the app, however, canceling the app is another story. If you follow their directions for the Google Store, its inaccurate and will have you going in circles. I guess giving you the option in tools or settings in the app would make it too easy. They had rather get a few extra months out of you while you try to cancel your service. Btw, I still haven't successfully cancelled my service after 3 days of attempts.

I get you use advertisements because it helps keep the app free and all that but every single time I click onto an app I get an add, get a message I get an add, even when I'm not touching the screen I get an add. It's incredibly annoying because half the time, the ads take nearly 5 minutes to load then don't let me skip it

Used to be very good except now it's broken with ad spam. Like I don't mind watching adds to enable the vpn but the amount of times it spams ad after ad when I haven't even done anything yet. For example I will tap on the "activate vpn" button etc it will run an ad and after the vpn isn't on and I tap on it then it plays another ad then it works. It's almost as if they are intentionally spamming as much ads as possible

I have paid for subscription twice .First for a month.Then after a week it started showing i am still using the trial version .when i opt continue it will show error that i am a premium member and does not allow to use the trial version either. I thought there may be an error in payment and paid the subscrption for a year.after a week same story again and i am unable to use the app.i send mail to customer care no resolution so far.i feel like being cheated.

Was my favourite vpn app for ages, for the free version. However it now suddenly has ads everywhere - you can not navigate a single thing without an ad popping up first. I get ads come with a free version, but this is tedious to the point i never want to open the app again.

This app has way too many ads, and the reason im giving ot 3 stars is cause 50% of the time the connection is so perfect and flawless and the other 50% of the time the connection is trash and it disconnects every 2 minutes and I gotta watch 12 ads just to start it up again.

Tried the free version, DOES NOT connect....... Everytime we try to connect, plays a few ads and keeps searching for network. Luckily did not opt for the paid version... after few frustrating trails, uninstalled it... looks like a hoax and only ad channel

Just finished my free trial and paid for a year for this vpn. My Google play receipt says I paid for it, but everytime I try to use the vpn it says I'm on limited and that I have to pay $11.99/month even though I've already paid for a year... will be requesting a refund. Thanks.

It's ok. I have the free version and it gives way to many ads. It gives ads for just opening the app. Please make it not have as many ads for free version.

i have tried it for free, everything is fine however after taking the annual premium package. not working at all, complaints are made, after that my account cannot use and going basic. how about my money....please take action. I have screenshot everything 😡😡😠😡😠😡.....never and never use this vpn360....

I can't even open most of my apps because of the ads it's just taking the mick at this point, I completely understand one before and app so they can make money but i wait through 7 before just giving up, just find I better app I promise there is one

Been using this for months but now the devs just gotten greedy, I could handle constant barrage of ads but now forced payment subscription? Hell no I'm out.

I feel like this vpn deserves it's 5 stars, I had a iphone and I downloaded this vpn and had no problem, there were no ads, only the ad plays when I turn off the vpn. In android it didn't work at all, but I restarted and reinstalled the app and it worked like a charm.😀

I just got 15 ads in a row. With abt half a second before more ads started. This app used to be usable.

This is probably the worst vpn I've ever used. It disconnects constantly and the price is ridiculous, 15 dollars a month is not worth the garbage quality that is this app. Do not download.

terrible vpn; very slow and not worth the money, I paid for the premium on a diffeent device and it doesnt even give me an option to restore purchases.

I currently am paying 2 subscription fees for this app. And can use neither. It gives you no option to log in. I bought 1 in july of last year and one a few weeks ago. Would love to be able to log in to one of my paid memberships

I need to unsubscribe, but I don't see options for an easy exit. Can someone help out please. This app isn't working well for me.

This is by far the worst VPN I've ever used. Constantly disconnects, very slow. And get ready to watch an add any time you get a message on snapchat or messenger. And any time you click an app guess what, another add. And also you cannot turn the damn thing off!!!! You have to force stop it every time when you want to stop using it. I'd rate this app 0 stars.

This used to be my go to VPN for years. Opened it today and got bombarded with 3 different ads (1 video, 2 pop ups), which didn't really bother me because the developers gotta make money some way. THEN I pressed the connect button and got 3 three more ads. I watched and closed them all only to find that the VPN didn't even connect. So I pressed the button again, 3 MORE ADS AND STILL NOT CONNECTED. f y'all fr, instantly uninstalled.

At first, you do not spend any excessive amount of time in the app. After a certain period of constantly using this app, you will start to spend an uncomfortably long period in the app watching ads and waiting for pages to load. I understand I'm using a free version but the amount of inconvenience compensating for that is overbearing.

Nice 👍👍👍 but the Ads sometimes are annoying but aside that I can recommend it to 2 billion users if I had the chance

I like this app. When the wifi at school is too slow, I just use this app. But, all apps have their bugs, the only bad thing about this app is that there are TOO MANY ADVERTISEMENTS!!! When I'm trying to play a game, an ad pops up and I loose. When I try to watch a video, an ad pops up. EVEN WHILE I'M TYPING THIS TWO ADS POPED UP!!!! Please work on this.

This app appears to be one of the most clean Free VPN proxies at first, however, I experienced severe battery drain on Galaxy S7 (even with background activities disabled. Problem solved after I uninstalled the app) and it didn't work completely on S9+, every time I tap connect, it shows the button animation then stops at "disconnect". Hope problems like this can be fixed in the future updates.

Very poor app. There simply are too many advertisements--you get bombarded every time you switch to another screen, and they are almost unskippable. This means an ad every 15 seconds or something. Which means it's almost unusable. And it even overlays on any app that's running, interrupting your work, video etc.
