Doesn't run tests. When I click the checkmark after starting my VPN it immediately states "check internet connection" without checking anything. See the previous review (by the reviewer with the username of "•") for detailed information on why this is occurring.
VPN is set to always on disaling vpn in network settings just to use this app makes 0 sense short of colllecting marketing data on vpn users. Any other service just lets you view the data process is pointless
Works as it claims. Simple and handy.
Crashes as soon as you hit either button at load.
love this app. great for testing out new VPN apps
It worked for me just like it said it would Read the directions
my vpn is defo the best vpn because it thought it was my location
Seems to work OK providing it is telling me the truth.
Like this one it, told me when my vpn was lying to me. 🤣👏👍
Why not update?
Works like a charm. You will probably be surprised that many VPN's don't have complete anonymity. Although not necessarily malicious. But they do have leaks in their DNS.
P.s you need to test your browser two i find out browser like puffin are leaking dns so look out
Quick, easy to use, and tells me what I want to know.
Checks for DNS leaks as well, which is nice.
error connecting don't work
Did what I wanted it to do. No fuss or muss.
Does what I wanted it to do.
The app only seems to work for IPv4. Furthermore, if you're primary/direct connection is via IPv6 and IPv4 (as is the case with most Mobile Cell Carrier Networks nowadays), since modern phones give IPv6 the lower metric and only fall back to IPv4 for compatibility, the app fails to show any information (fails at the first screen with the message "failed to get IP information- check your network connection.") I have confirmed that both I do in fact have IPv6 and IPv4 connectivity over mobile when this message appears and I've force quit the app and tried multiple times with no luck. Since my VPN is IPv4, I haven't been able to test if it would work through a VPN through a 4 to 6 technology (like a 6to4 or corporate terredo configured with a lower metric, after, or tunneling v4 to v6 in front, of the VPN), but my guess that would also fail, as it would also have the same issue getting the IPv4 address. I can see my public, mobile IPv4 by using most online services, but searching Google "what's my IP" returns my public IPv6. This is because Google uses IPv6 before IPv4 if the client is configured to try IPv6 first (i.e. has a native IPv6 address, using something like terredo through Windows only falls back to v6 if the server only has IPv6 connectivity.) Confirmed basic functionality by using from an IPv4 only WiFi, which is why I rated 3 stars since it works on IPv4 if both the client and VPN use IPv4 before IPv6. However, since IPv6 is becoming much more widespread and in my case, I wanted to diagnose my business's VPN, it did not work. So the TL;DR of it is if your direct connection (mobile provider (mine is AT&T USA) or a WiFi network) or your VPN uses IPv6 before IPv4, the app will not function. A major functionality flaw. The fix would be for the App to use an API that can check IPv4 and IPv6. I will update my review if the functionality is corrected. Until then, it's useless as I can only use it on a select few WiFi hotspots that don't have IPv6 connectivity. Also can confirm that it is not the "blocking" issue stated earlier by the developer, since the issue occurs when NOT connected to the VPN, rather than when. Also, it works when I'm connected to an IPv4 only WiFi, unfortunately, that's not a common condition. Without IPv6 support, and the fact that just having IPv6 connectivity essentially disables the app makes this App unusable for me and likely most people.
