Last Month you guys had an issue with the fire in your Data centers and my account lost 3 months of membership. I have reached to your Support on Chat and Emails with my invoice but you guys didnt do anything. I am just done with you guys after trying to sort things out for over a month now with no use. Clunky app that is constantly "refreshing" and purging your account. Hard to work out what I need to do to get it to connect reliably. It's just not that good at all and makes the whole experience very frustrating. We thought it would be best for travel in Iran but there are plenty of others that works just as well and have a better user experience.
