Sad to say that I was excited when I got the vr but this app is faulty. When I press the button "start vr experience" just a black screen. Please fix this. Wasted so much money on it
Good. please allow the app to access your camera to enjoy the app. The app is not seeking permission. I had to give on my own when i noticed the screen was black.
It works on any phone just enabled camera for this app manually then print the qube colored or black and weight no matter and fold it then put the cube with the vr one sign front cam and it works
after clicking 'start vr experience', screen goes black and nothing happens. please see to it..
Garbage, absolute waste of ink It only lasts for a few moments and they don't come back, they dissapear reappear. Absolutely garbage God awful

I think it worked perfect u have to have a small phone and make sure it's a Samsung. This app only works for one ar system
When I'm able to get it to show anything other than a black screen, I use the cube to view different avatars. They only stay up for a few seconds then disappear. There doesn't appear to be any way to select one (or any information on what I can do once I have one) and the manual stops after "look at the cube to choose an avatar." The headset (VR One Plus) doesn't work with Cardboard apps because you can't tap the screen and there's no button. The "magnet trick" does not work for me, but why should it? Why do I need to go out and find a small but strong magnet to operate a $99.99 device? Glad I only paid $37 for it and will be returning it asap.
Black screen for 5 seconds then sbs view via camera. No settings, no operations of any kind. Had to use main screen button to exit. Uninstalling.
App uses old camera config so everything was upside down. Not sure what the point of the app or goggles are since there is no way to interact with what you see.

PPL STOP SAYING ITS TRASH AND THWRE IS NO CONTROLLS. This app is intended to fuse vr AND ar wich is trough camera. So if you dont understand it,dont use or hate it!!
No I instructions and cannot control without taking phone out headset. I see from other ratings, nobody from company has responded. Not good
It's OK. Would be better if the characters interacted with the surrounds perhaps.

This is a great app works great with my vr goggels and my phone is you say its bad its becouse of your phone
it's different from when you downloaded it from itunes. quite confusing
So just for all these one stars, this app uses the included paper cube that comes with the vr one plus. So you have to use that to get anything. As for the review, just a cool little ar type character gallery. Not much else.
I don't get the point. No menu, no button whatsoever. It just displays the camera.

I experienced the same blank screen but realized how to fix that. In the phone, go to setting, apps, VR One AR, Permissions. There you should allow the app to use the camera. Launch the app and it will work. I'm on Samsung Galaxy s9+.
