Regardless of how I enter the credit card it's always rejected. This is the credit card I use everywhere. This is the credit card I use at the VRE stations. This app won't accept new style of credit cards where the numbers are not embossed on the front. The scanning of credit cards are absolutely atrocious. Hold the credit card in the correct position. Make sure to maintain it at the exact distance so all the borders are lit up. Don't move. Don't even breathe. Imagine if you had a disability.

What the heck?? You updated to an app that looks nicer but is literally unusable! Most of my selections don't actually take and it took me 4 tries to purchase one ticket and even then it didn't actually want to accept my finger print. Also, if my tickets are all the same, PLEASE make them stack. I do not need a new record for each 10 trip just because I bought them on different days! I also cannot increase the number of tickets I want any more which is unacceptable.

This new update is the worst,it just leads you to the VRE website. What's the point? These old app allowed you to see how much longer until the next closest train arrives using GPS. Now it just takes you to the VRE website where it has that useless map that you have to use two fingers to use and doesn't give you a time for the trains arrival, only allows you to follow the train, meaning you literally have to watch as the train crawls to your stop with no indication of how long till it arrives.

I would give it zero if that was an option. Since the app was "upgraded" it takes about 10 minutes to validate tickets and I haven't been able to purchase my monthly pass because the glitchy app won't let me select an option on the tickets page. It's ridiculous. It has been like this over a month now.

Won't take credit card info. Tried two ccs and a debit card, tried using photo feature, manual entry, and Google pay. Checked and confirmed input was correct multiple times. Still get "incorrect card info' error message every effing time. No help or tech support option. How does a company accept having such a bad product?

Sometimes this app fails to open tickets even though it appears to do it. The ticket purchase process is way less intuitive than it used to be, especially for split payments. Overall it's not an improvement for users.

App signed me out for no apparent reason. I have tried to reset my password unsuccessfully twice. Does not send recovery email. This new app was a step in the wrong direction. I have had nothing but problems for the two months running.

The option to add a credit/debit card is missing, just randomly disappears. Most of the time I only see an option to split payment or add smart benefits. How?? Please fix these issues.

This apps sole purpose is for purchasing tickets. 2 features need to be added to this app. 1. Train schedules (how do you develope a train app and not at least include the schedule!!??). 2. A warning not to validate a ticket for use until you are about to board. If you purchase at the kiosk you validate at purchase. On the app once you validate the ticket expires in a little over an hour, and is no loger good. These are 2 radically different approches and you need to warn people.

Lipstick on a pig with the redesign. Tickets won't store anymore and need to be downloaded Everytime you open the app. For a monthly rider it is as the ticket isn't there since the message is 'you've used up your stored tickets'. Then if the ticket opens it says I may be denied entry because my battery saver is on. Can you show me the law or statute that says I cannot have my phone in battery saver mode to ride the train? 🤡 App

I wish this new app included scheduled arrival times for upcoming trains. The maps are useful in their own ways, but sometimes you just need the minutes. Other than that, though, it's been great.

The updated app is a complete mess. I have to open and close the app multiple times before it will load my stored tickets and I still can not purchase more tickets. Thank goodness I have so many "Free Ride Tickets" from the delays last summer.

The app is forcing you to have a WiFi connection in order to make purchases. This can be highly inconvenient if you're trying to finalize a purchase at the train station. Otherwise, it's usable.

Trying to update app and update won't happen. Whats the point of providing an update, if I can't update while on data? Does it need to only be on wi-fi? Thats stupid. Now I have to use the kiosk and who knows when that was last clean. We're in a damn pandemic, dude!!!
