VRL TRAVELS - Official App

After asking for permission, I changed app settings to full screen mode and then everytime it's crashing. Am unable to even see home page. Also the app design, look, feel, experience is ridiculous. You must make a proper mobile application and customer ease of using it and whole experience from booking until refund or cancellation, everything should be top most priority.

I have been using this travels for more than a decade & apps for 3yrs. We feel so secured & safe for family travel. They have designated/ VRL approved place with minimum clean facilities to use during rest time. This apps may not so user friendly & versatile to use like other travel apps. But it has been serving my travel need.

Pathetic application, interface looks so cheap. Please avoid using it. Just tried booking 3 tickets, money got debited from my bank account and application got freezed on loading screen. Still waiting for conformation. @VRL remove your application from playstore until you update it and make sure it is working.

Worst experience. My bus gets cancelled and I don't receive a call or a message even mail inspite of providing all the details while booking bus. Even an alternative number is provided. After complaining the staff is rude and says your one mobile number was not reachable. So isn't there responsibility to call alternative number or whatsapp, message or mail you. Faced lot of problems. Pathetic service. Rude behaviour.

I made the mistake of booking once.never again. They treat luggage and people likewise. No care about passenger comfort or punctuality. They take state highways to avoid toll so no sleep at all. Stops at all places and announce throughout the night. Won't use travels or app again

I am traveling more than 10 times. I have same experience. Departure time at 12 o'clock but this is always start at 1 o clock. Simple waste of 1 hours time.

Worst management and bus services. They don't have time sense. They always delay by 2 to 3 hours to reach our destination. When we went to ask driver about this, he's replying arrogantly and advising to go and ask at office

Worst app. I booked a ticket and money is dedicated but ticket is not confirmed. I am trying to contact the customer service and no response from customer care.

The bus is loaded with heavy luggages and its always reaches the destination place late and not even single covid protocol they are following. Very worst service as well as customer support.

Downloaded the app but why does it want permission to access photo,media ??! I allowed permission to make call which I can understand because it's necessary .make it user friendly if possible

I know this is not the right platform to share services, but the complaint box is worthless. At first the pickup bus stopped in a different destination and the help desk team asked me to go to the freedom park stop (bangalore) for which I denied and they somehow got me into a bus which is destined to some other intersection point. No one is ready to help in understanding what's the changes, they just move you around. Just imagine if it's a lady passenger who faces the same issue, they will instantly lose the trust. Would never book another ticket from vrl. Sugama tourist is way too better.

Worst service! Not even half the ticket amount is being refunded after the bus broke down; no alternative arrangement was made and to take the refund, I need to go 15kms to VRL counter and get it from there! Plus the complaint doesn't get registered in your website.

Very Good Experience..Best Buses..Always Travelling from VRL..It is stopping always at good hotel (Dhaba)..No rash driving is done by bus driver.. Particular at time always..Best from Neeta,Konduskar etc..All are in proper uniform.Really good service

Many problems few to mention are like behavior of bus crew as well as office staff is very rude & arrogant, punctuality of busses is again very poor as most of the time I have experienced delayed arrival and delayed drops.

One of shittiest travels service in the state. If you really value your time and money never ever travel in these buses.

After booking the ticket you have to call the customer care and tell them the details and ask them to message the tickets details...And it ask for the dropping point and the drivers never drop over there...so please do check.

Drivers are not driving sensitively, they drive as bike race, can't slept whole night even in I Shift multi axle AC bus, Please advice the drivers to drive smoothly at the turning points

Doesn't shows the login confirmation. It will be not sure whether logged in or in guest mode. Please correct to show the username once login is successful.

Absolutely bad experience with VRL. Your people is not comparative at all. Recommending no one to travel with VRL specially for aged persons

While registering my self with all mandatory fills but there is no Bangalore name in list of city and also showing error without entering city name.

Very bad aapp my money deducted and tkt also not booked.. now customer service is also pathetic..

Don't install and don't book ticket in this app.. if you booked tickets you will never get bus no or contact no.... Update your app first then host in playstore 0 ⭐

This is the worst ever services provider no ownership on time and very badly managed by the operator. Never ever on time .
