VRM

Using this app daily to check on our rooftop solar installation. Issues: - Recently the app started showing a blank screen. Killing it doesn't help, only clearing the app cache does. - Sometimes it takes a long time after opening to start showing fresh data. So long that I usually end up killing and re-opening. - No way to manually refresh by pulling down on the page. Wasn't this enabled at some point? I may be misremembering. Feature requests: - Pull key numbers directly from the system via Modbus when I'm at home. This would improve the latency - both latency to show anything and latency of the data being shown. - A home screen widget would be awesome.

My system feed was updated 2 months ago. Everything is frozen, so no real-time data is appearing on the app.

For no reason the app does not open, very frustrating

Dropped off the phone, Uninstalled ~~reinstalled still won't fire up

This isn't an App - it's merely a mobile view into the portal. The net result is certainly not leading edge - very old school. The milky/pastel colour set is incredibly difficult to read on a small screen. Such great hardware - whu such poor software?

Very unsatisfied with this App! It now shows only the state of charge but no load, no energy coming in from the array, no energy being pulled off grid? The 15 May upgrade is USELESS and a downgrade if anything! Please restore the old version - it was FAR superior and was actually useful!

App works well. Just one suggestion. A widget for phone home screen would be very useful. Circle with solar vs battery vs grid. Or something to that effect

I tried to set it up yet it wouldn't let me as it kept saying that it was lacking g credentials so I went to register for free and might aswell give you my IP address because you're already asking to much. If it actually worked I might have given it a better rating

Full of crashes, bugs and rarely works without freezing at some point. Bloody useless after update.

Good app easy to use would like an app version of the ccgx but grate when out and about. Only down side the Watts are out on in and out but you can pick it up on the tables later

Overall, good app. Nice UI and decent information. But it never remembers my login credentials. If I didn't have to login every time, would give it 5/5.

Worse than last version. Doesn't remember login details. Can't exit the app properly - have to kill it from running app list.

After last update the app just freezes when you scroll down through the Advanced widgets. Please fix this problem.

great app, this is so good for checking the status of your system, being able to remote in is fabulous,. i use this app with my pi controler and its fantastic. Victron suporting open source is a really ethical culture.

This doesn't seem to be an actual app. It only opens the VRM link in firefox. So it's quite pointless as I can go there myself.

Splash screen, then crashes, constantly - running current version of Android on Samsung T580 - you can do better than this Victron.

The app was acceptable, the last update has made the dashboard worthless and realtime not working any more.

This app use to work well, but now it keeps on freezing and reload constantly, hope there's a solution to this problem

App will no longer run. Emails and feedback to developers are a waste of effort.

I used to be able to see my usage in real time,30 seconds to 1 minute ,now it has a delay of 3 to 15 minutes ,has something changed ??

It's not a standalone app....it opens vrm portal through web browser. iOS app is much better

After checking all cables and fix contact it works good
