Since the app updated I'm getting problems on my phone. Vromo keeps flashing on the top bar although the app is not in use. It's draining my battery and it continues to use my data. Needs urgent attention. Update I have had to change phone because I need this app for work. It has more bugs than a Indiana jones movie. Frustrating because no one takes any notice.
This app does not play nice at all with my Android phone Samsung Galaxy amp Prime 2. It's extremely glitchy different glitches happening day by day which caused me to miss countless orders. It won't open in under 10 seconds on my phone in which case I lose all orders. Requires constant reboots, reinstallation, cache clearing, etc. Just to function at all. Find a better system and dump this!!!
Are you guys aware of bots / auto-tap apps ? Are you doing something about it ?, it's impossible to get a good order. Only last 1 second.
Is it just me or ever since the update, does the app not work correctly? Unless I'm on the app, it doesn't show that it's running in the background. I don't get notifications of offers, visual nor auditory. Pretty much useless, unless I just have the app open and running constantly. God forbid I get a phone call.
1) New version shows map zoomed out in the continent of africa even though im in the u.s, 2) the vromo app even if it's working in the background when I get a screen notification of a new job available it will show the load screen you have to understand that the order offers get picked up in a blink of an eye so your useless loadscreen in this version hinders my ability to accept an order 3) the distances are in km with no options to switch to miles
New job offers don't show me the pay! I have to accept it to get details & then reject it--waste of time. And I can't clear unwanted job offers without accepting first. And worst of all, don't get notified of new offers if app isn't open!! I'm not keeping app open all the time to drain my battery and track my location! Notifications should make a louder or configurateable sound.
Crashes and needs to be force closed 3-5 times EVERY day.Orders come in but don't show you enough info about the order until you accept it.The "new order" notification appears to be off by a second or 2 if you're looking at the app you'll see the order before someone who isn't looking directly at the app gets a notification.The calendar in history section shows you the day before the day you actually select.The map is simply 2 dots with no info.The GUI could be streamlined. I've seen no updates!
This app sucks, to say it nicely. The map always screws up, it sends deliveries to other drivers instead of ours, it crash's constantly. Overall hate this app and no one should use it, plus it doesn't even alert the drivers when the orders been cancelled or changed
I use this app for work, and generally think it works very well. I would love if you could add a sound notification for when I am assigned a new job, though. Update: this issue was fixed, thanks!
Sometimes it makes you look at your phone while trying to dispatch or arrive. And sometimes it doesnt let you swipe says you're 75m too far or too close but you'll be right out front. I work for a pizza company who already delivers. I guess we are being forced to use this app or we lose our job. It's very sad because Door Dash gets assigned more of the deliveries than the drivers do. And unfortunately with their track record being terrible it's destroying the reputation of our company.
Trash app. Would constantly mark me as unavailable to my employer without telling me so. This caused me to miss out on job oppurtunities. Sometimes it knows you have arrived at the lications. Sometimes you have to manually swipe.
App is a perfect way for delivery driver to receive jobs from designated restaurants that they are working with.
I tried the app on android and iPhone and it was pitiful on both. Without a functional app it's really hard to make any money. Pay attention to the reviews and hold off on signing up.
The app keeps crashing while Im on jobs and its doing it right now and I have a job coming up. I rely on this to make money. The app isnt very reliable at all.
good app, only downside is no notifications on my galaxy s7 edge, I've gone through all settings set them all to urgent and still no notifications.
I Have a pickup at 11 am when I asked about it at the restaurant, they have no idea about the delivery, it shows lack of professionalism No to many jobs, seems that this company recently starting in Florida at least
Deliverthat is the worst freelance job I did ever, big volume of orders to get paid $20s or less sometimes. It's not just delivery job, for anyone who wanna try this app. You need to pickup up $1000 Fast-food order then place every box or meal in customer tables then setting up the chafing dish to keep the Food warm. Roughly, you spend up to 2hours for $20s pay . Plus you will meet the most arrogant meduim class people, who never appreciate your work .# TIPS IS SHARED BETWEEN ALL TEAM #
Hi there , for some reason keeps on crushing , i am using a Sony XA, never hn issue untill the update done at the beginning of April , since then it hardly worked
Doesnt give jobs equally..i have the app open and wont see a job at all but it notifies me by text..its needs to be fixed
Since the company i worked for switched to Vromo, the number of jobs and my pay has decreased 75%. Most jobs that I'm offered, are "ghost jobs", i can't accept them or I don't even see them and they dissapear.. That changes after 10pm. Job offers stay until I accept them, but unfortunately, very fee offers come in after 10pm.
Excellent app. Better than Deliveroo or Uber. Really easy to use and even has on demand insurance if you want it
App keeps crashing. I've reinstalled it 10 times already but same thing. Pls fix this.
Dont spend the $35 fee This company never has any work. The recruiter will tell you there is "plenty of work in your area" and that you can schedule days in advance. None of that is true. No offers are ever in the app to accept no matter how often a day you check. They will text you work that needs to be done in an hour. Who can plan with that? Also they will blame you for not knowing how to use the app. Hard to believe actual drivers started this company with other drivers in mind
no jobs at all for a couple of months I've been trying to catch one but none has come up on my app hopefully this isn't a scam
Driver? The app is not an app, it opens a browser tab and then tells you the app is not for drivers
App sucks i use it everyday freezes and lags all of the time if they had a negitive star for a review it would hit it
This app is great, but needs to be updated more regularly! There are issuses.
The app isn't working properly as it used to be. The developer needs to fix the issues.
The updated version has ironed out the wrinkles. Nice work!
There are some issues I've had with the app and the new update doesn't fix any of those and adds new ones. In app If an offer pops it comes to the forefront without the date, have to accept blind or back out to view date and possibly lose offer. New issues. The update took Waze out as an option and navigation doesn't currently work. Clicking navigation or the address does nothing. The lag opening from the background has cost me offers.
