Terrible delivery app. Everytime I place a food order im told it will take about an hour for the food to arrive (other apps usually take 20-45 minutes and are on the low end). My last order took 80 minutes to arrive, and most of the food was cold, partly warm or soggy and gross. When I talked to customer service their idea of fixing the problem was giving me a $10 credit for my next order (which barely covered 1 of the cold items). Why would I place another order when this one was so miserable?

expensive service fees and driver gratuity is set before order is even placed. we should be able to add gratuity after delivery is made. other than that there are alot of options in the danbury area. way more options than grub hub. but also more expensive.

This is the WORST app! Do not use it! The buttons are layered on top of one another, it never saves my login info and crashes when I try to log in.

Honestly this app is better than the website. Every time, without fail, their webpage freezes once I reach checkout. This app isn't much better. Everything needs TONS of work.
