Horrible experience. Resetting a pin is hell. You have to figure out which security question you choose instead of easily having that saved with your number. Or you know having it reset over your email. So if you forgot that you can also not simply create a new account since it is bound to your number. On top of that finding the option to reset the pin is also not that easy as it isn't located at the login screen. It's 2021 such a bad user experience is ridiculous.
The app is quite helpful when planning a trip. The information is generally up-to-date and displayed in a visually comprehensible manner. Unfortunately, the payment process is a pain. You need an account with Handyticket Deutschland to pay, which can take a while to set up. There's no possibility to simply pay as a guest. However, I do understand that this can be justified, fine. What I don't understand: You can't pay. At least for me, if I try to buy a ticket, the app crashes the process.
I purchased a ticket with this app. Everything worked fine. A few days later my account got blocked because Logpay could not get the money from my card. Went to my bank but nothing wrong. Messaged Logpay different times but no response. After a week got a bill from them with an extra charge. Luckily I found out that they submitted a transaction without CVV which is normally prohibited. I asked my bank to temporarily lift so they could take the money. Very unfriendly usage. Use at your own risk!!!
I was pleased to see that it was possible to buy and display tickets from and on my phone. But I have a problem and VRR cost me money for nothing! May I recommend that you allow the user to decide when to start a ticket! I have just bought a 4x and in checking whether I had it on my phone found that it automatically started and I didnt want to use it until tomorrow. Goodbye €6! 1) How can I claim this back 2) Amend ticket purchase app to give user control 3) Give user chance to validate
What is this bullcrap app ?? No PIN recover option ! Tried to buy the ticket as a guest, tried 30 minutes just to select start and destination station. Never happend. Either can't find the stoppage or contact hotline pls error. Ridiculous.
Useful to work excellent, but meanwhile I can not pay tickets anymore. It says an error occured. But when I click on "my tickets" and just enter the ticket type I need A3, B1 etc., I can buy one (which I often don't know so I need th check the distance first)!
Ok for finding routes and checking departure times. Everything having to do with buying tickets is so buggy that the app i unusable for this purpose.
Unlike a lot of these mobility apps, seems to work pretty reliably and reports current delays and alternatives. The app I use for daily movements around Dortmund-Schwerte-Hagen
Some times, this app closes frequently and gives error. Also it will be better if it shows all possible ways, trains, buses,...
This app is supposed to be very correct especially for Ruhr Gebiet, but even google maps does give better directions. I have lost the connection many times because of it. Not a trustful app
Can't buy weekly ticket. I have successfully loged in twice on PayPal do the payment but the app does not do the transaction and my tickets is empty. Is this a student project?
Really saves my time while transferring. But sometimes it is hard to find right bus platform and you have to wait next bus another period of time.

Very bad It's not accurate at all and you can't look at the normal plans either because they are incorrect The Ruhrbahn is one reason why i don't like Essen city.

Nice app. Man can at any time buy and use it since the day of purchase for one month its not restricted depending on the month like what I bought from DB office.
Such an amazing app ,it literally show me everything from which platform the train is and just every direction I have to take to reach there

This app is good.
This app is terrible. I used it for a while and it worked perfectly. Then it stopped. I get "an error has occurred. Please try again" when buying a picket. I reinstalled the app and it was the same. I cleared the app cache and storage and tried. I cleared the storage and cache and then reinstalled. Weirdly when I did it the first time all my preferences were gone. When I did it the second time all my previous stations came back. I used it daily for a month but now its useless.
