SEARCH:Display your route

NOW:If you need a overview of stops around you, "Now" is the right choice. You can see the stops around you and the next departures from there. Once again on a map.
INTERACTIVE LINEMAP:This is a real highlight. It shows the complete line network of the region clearly arranged and can be operated interactively. You can choose a stop and display its stop timetable, show it on a map, add it to your favorites or define it as origin or destination of a search.
FAVORITES:Besides your own "Take me home" connection you can store other connections on your mobile. The app allows you to store connection favorites, addresses and stops using personalized names.

There should be a possibility to change manually the settings for 'start of the week'. In Bonn the week still starts with a Monday and not a Sunday (yes my phone's calender is set to Monday as well). And a 'darkmode' would be very helpful as well please.
App will not let me add a payment method to my account. Tried a debit card and two different credit cards. All have been denied. They offer a 10% saving when purchasing a Handy ticket... But it won't let you purchase one! Horrible!
The update is terrible. I bought a ticket TWICE and it keeps crashing when I try to open Tickets. I've now had to buy a paper ticket from the machine because this app keeps crashing. I can't find a contact for customer service anywhere on the app. How do I get my money for the tickets back???
Do not use! many connections missing it is misleading. S19 Messe Deutz to airport usually not shown at all! And now you're asking for more concrete example. What a nonsense can't you read: S19 is not shown in the options! Update..useless app!
What an absolute mess. At least if you're going to tell me that I'm able to reserve a ticket for a specific time, don't tell me at the very end that the time the ticket is valid for is 360 minutes?! I mean, this really borders on fraudulent misrepresentation. I'm hoping to divert other people from considering and downloading this app and evidently being scammed out of around 20 € like I have.
I paid for ticket and my ticket didn't show up in the app
Convenient when it works, penalty when it doesn't. I have tried using this with a credit card, but it eventually stops working and I get demands in the mail that I pay fees for missed charges. I try to change the payment method to another card, or to my bank account, to no avail.
Bought 1 Ticket and was billed 2 for no apparent reason. A friend of mine had a similar experience. 10% off of ticket prices is a joke when you get billed 12.73€ randomly and have to fear that this will happen again any time soon.
I had wanted to buy a ticket for the train 7:55 1/10/2019 but the problem is the valid time for ticket is not right. After the successful payment the ticket is valid from 6:35-9:35. The living time for a ticket must be valid from the moment I chose and that means 180 minutes from 7:55. Yesterday I had bought one ticket valid from 21:27 to 0:27 i thought that was my fault when not checking the desired time carefully. But this is the system error. Please fix it.
Unusable for tourists. At a vending machine you select the ticket you want, put money in, and a ticket comes out. This mess of an app also wants you to have an address in Germany, know when you were born, and wants you to have a credit card registered under a German address. Go to the vending machine.
First ticket was easy to buy. But now I can't even buy tickets anymore. The only message I get is "An Error occurred" great!
Great for looking up your connection. Always has up to date info on delays and construction sites!
Buggy as hell. Entering credit card number adds random numbers, giving you 40 digits of nonsense.

Absolutely unreliable for ticket purchase since authentication with the server is almost never working. My account got banned due to the failures of the authentication servers. Can't recommend
I'm a non-eu person attending classes in germany. This app only accepts credit card payments that are associated with a billing address within the EU. Please change your payment and billing address options to include countries outside the EU.
Nice for planning a route but can't be relied on for buying tickets. Doesn't remember user data despite login in and very often the ticket system has a 'technical error'.
This app has worked twice during last 3 months. Other times error occurs after selecting ticket and trying to pay it. Tried to reinstall many times, doesnt help.
Never lets you down!
New version does not show correct timings of waiting bus or tram. The old one was very accurate. I want to go back on older version.
Cannot buy mobile tickets using online payment, only through some kind of registration that seems to require a German account. So as a foreigner you need to still buy tickets physically on vending machines, and only using coins. Otherwise, it's a great app for navigation. The UI could be more fluid, but it does the job.
It does not pull the current time information to incorporate with the timetable search.
It was working but now it would not connect. Please fix it.
It worked a week but since 2 weeks just takes to long to proceed the payment and I need about 20 min to manage to buy a ticket. Since last week looks just impossible due to error. I have fast internet so the problem is from the app. I already installed again and updated but I still can manage to buy tickets when I need.
