Ignore most of these reviews. The game requires hesdset/controller, and the bluetooth isn't hard to figure out. It's pretty incredible what VR can do on a phone. The hardware the game is made for is decent quality. The game would be great if it wasn't for the camera system. The game makes you use 3rd person fixed camera angles (a la early resident evil) for movement, and immobile 1st person for shooting. Its disorienting, and makes moving around the enviroment near impossible. Not worth it. 😞

This is worse than burning money. The game won't launch without pairing to the controller but there's no documented way to pair the phone to the controller so the entire thing is useless. It may work you have an ancient over priced phone that's exactly an ancient OS due to lack of upgrades. There is a small list of supported phones that are no longer in the market

This company does not support its products. DO NOT BUY THEM. The MEBO 2.0 app hasn't worked for over two years now and they haven't bothered to fix it, turning this expensive toy into a paperweight less than a year after I bought it. Total trash.

DO NOT BUY this head set and controller. (Batman kit) tried it on 3 smart phones, all able to do VR.. but app/controller will not connect to any of the phones. New Duracell batteries ect.. this is total rubbish. I have spent over 5 hours trying and there website is also totally useless, go on support and all you can do is download the PDF of the paper instructions!!! Day lot of good that is. The company should be ashamed of themselves. Very upset son and I'm so angry at the manufacturer

Bad. Very bad. Although this says Android 6 this game will not load on my son's phone. . . Even though the box has HTC One written on it. I did of course download on my phone, just to write review, I'm on an oppo which is not listed on the box. I will return the VR game to store as it is not playable. Glad I kept my receipt, bad bad money making scam

controller wont sync on Android 9 devices (tried 2), syncs on Android 8 devices (tried 2). will update with useful review if app is upgraded to work on modern OS

this is a joke, I have Samsung s10+ and bought the game to play on it, thought this looks cool, rrrr no it doesn't because it wont connect to the controller, my God a hour of trying and give up, please sort the software out, your conning people in to buying a system that doesn't work.

This game won't connect with the controller. After doing some research, I find that it only works with older phones. No available updates for a more updated phone.

Shame that you cannot use the controllers over more than 1 game. I already own the Batman set but the controller is incompatable with this game. one controller should suit all.

This is ridiculous, I spent so much money for this including getting my son a new phone and it's never worked. Have any have a solution as to how to connect the remote. Only given 1 star as it wont allow me to post otherwise.

I played it once but had to wait 10minutes for it to charge and my Xbox 360 controller but it's great by the way you need a controller you dont need a vrsre/vr

This game was awesome...... a year ago. Now the controller won't connect due to needing like ANCIENT (like ancient 2016) os that you can't get on my Samsung s9 and s10.

not connecting to android at all.. tried with 3 different phones.. can you fix this tech support.. if you guys dont know how to fix you should recall the product.

I personally give it 4 stars because its nice but at the same time it needs to be ungraded and to be with this generation if you want it to survive but it is a very nice game to play and I recommend it.

Buyer beware. My controller wouldn't sync up so I deleted the app and tried to download it again and now the app won't download because it keeps asking me for payment.

I install the Game . But when i play the game than the Game want to turn on the bluetooth to connect with Controller . Without that my Game is unable to playe. I don' know what is the Controller and why want to Swich On the bluetooth ?

Doesn't work with pixel xl even tho it says so on the box. Pixel has the lastet software and doesn't connect with controller stuck on that screen. What do i do?

U need a special motion controller that only comes with the vrse Batman pack which comes with a headset that can only work with this game so if u rich and need too lose money then go ahead and do all of this bullsh*t

I like the game but the thing that bores is about the Bluetooth controller you must fix it to play without the controller I'd rather give this one star

I love this game and I can not stop playing this game and the gameplay is amazing and the controls and graphics are outstanding
