waiting for a response for the email I sent. I'm giving them a chance to help trouble shoot the calibration issue. New batteries, followed all the prompts as instructed, tried numerous times with trying to trouble shoot, and can't get past the calibration screen. If I don't hear from them, or get it to work I'm taking it back
Cool game and I think it's pretty cool but it just needs to be a little better more Graphics but yeah otherwise nights really good I really really really really prefer you guys download it hopefully you guys have a VR headset that actually uses it I think that you would have a lot of fun with it please download it it's fun and then you can submit your own short review thing
Unable to play because the motion controller refuses to pair. Have followed the instructions, have followed the limited troubleshooting. Reinstalled the app to make sure that isn't the issue. Even tried to directly connect with BT. None works. Returning to store for refund. Don't buy this junk
Not so much rating the app as the controller. Shows up in the bluetooth but will not connect. Tried to call the number on the manual, phone number cannot be connected..... I have a very unhappy 10 year old.
It will not sense my remote no matter what I try, and I know it's not the remote bc it has brand new batteries in it. The company needs to update the app bc they haven't updated it since a month after it was released in 2017, which is now 3 years later so no wonder it's no longer working for me, sadly.
This company does not support its products. DO NOT BUY THEM. The MEBO 2.0 app hasn't worked for over two years now and they haven't bothered to fix it, turning this expensive toy into a paperweight less than a year after I bought it. Total trash.
i like the game and all but the graphics umm needs more work to it. but it really feals like im in the actual game. i like the controls and every part of the experience.
Controller shows up in Bluetooth menu for pairing, however it refuses to pair. When you click on it, it flashes pairing, and then shuts off. As user frustrated mom, and extremely disappointed 10yr old.
Nice game, but the graphics could use a little work, and I have some trouble with the controls now and then. The game will sometimes freeze too, but that may just be because of my phone.
This game is really fun but its really hard to connect the controller to the phone like if u try it says cannot connect go to settings for this device it's pretty annoying but it'll work sooner or later
Its a realy good game and it works and my controler connects perfectly and tje headset works for many other things the reason im giving it 5 and not 4 its because i have a old device and that is why the games grafics are not the best but i tryed it on newer phone and the quality was STUNNING! great game over all
I downloaded this game not long ago. I have the headset and controller, but the controller refuses to connect to my phone whenever I try to pair it (with the app open). It always says that it requires an app to pair even though as I mentioned I have the app open.
This game is absolute trash. the controller never goes where you want it to. Really recommend they fix this whole game and to create a better game.
Shame that you cannot use the controllers over more than 1 game. I already own the Batman set but the controller is incompatable with this game. one controller should suit all.
No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the remote to sync. I bought this game years ago when it first came out and didn't work well then either. Seems like it was just wasted $$$$.
Motion controller won't pair with the app installed on Google Pixel 2 running Android 10. It used to work on an older phone / Android OS
Doesn't work. Very disappointed. It's meant for older versions of phones, but even then i was only able to get it to work once, and then it never worked again.
I deleted a lot of apps just to get this and I needed a controller and now I only have 3 Dino games left and I was making a folder fore them so if you can make it so you don't need a controller that will be great so for now a 1star
Worst time of my life. Tried half an hour to get my phone in the vr and it said my type of phone was compatible but kept restarting my phone and powering off my phone because of its vr. Also after installing the app my phone kept saying a timer is started every 10 minutes.
I really like this game and I would have given 5 stars but you can only do 1 thing with the dinos but is pretty great with my LG k7. (Heres a hint, make sure to turn on ur volume.)
it is so sad how many technologically challenged individuals who are given the ability to be heard in a review actually one star because of the lack of common Sense. calibration starts with a users phone. if you want the luxury of VR then stop shopping at Walmart with your mullet headed family.
Worked for 3 games now the app has stopped working because I have not purchased the app! Hello it was a free download and was working for 8 months you Muppets!
It was a good game I only played it once because the remote that came with it I can't hook it up to my phone is there a special way to hook it up I want to play the game so bad
It's a good game but, it's really laggy especially on the 2nd level, and I also noticed that there was a lot of drifting (mostly on the first 3 levels) and I deleted it on the third level so if you could fix these things then I would probably give it a 5 star review but for the time being it's staying at 3.
