Quick guide
* Browse and play local videosWith your favourite browser, either system Gallery app or any file explorer app, select a video, choose using VRTube to open, then you can choose either to add video to a playlist or play it right away.
* Browse and play Youtube videosUse the search app, type in your keyword and add yt3d or 3D, SBS if you are looking for 3D videos. Tap on the search result and choose VRTube to play or add to a playlist.You can also create your playlist on youtube, then open VRTube, from the playlists screen connect your Youtube account and your playlist will appear there.
* Basic operationsCardboard magnet trigger or buttons on your headsets can be used as input device to "click" while watching videos in Google Cardboard. + A single click pauses video and display the menu, navigate the menu through your head tracking and click again to activate menu item. The menu allows you to change video modes, zoom level, seeking, changing volume and navigate to next / previous video in the playlist. + A double click centers the screen + Volume keys on your headsets will trigger a quick setting menu that allow you to make change to volume, seeking and zoom level. Switch these modes by "clicking" and change value by using the volume + and

Can you add environment option like a home theater. Just as an option, I like the black background but a change of scenery would be nice.
Screen are too far apart on Note 4. Can't use the app. App will not connect to my youtube playlists. The ONLY good thing about the app is that there is no screen drift, but what good is that when the screens are too far apart to watch a video?
This app is definitely the only good VR YouTube player, it's well designed and mostly works well. However, on my new Note 4, the images are far too separated. The stereoscopy is totally off. This is the only app I have this issue with, stereoscopy is fine in every other app I've tried.
No question. Only good YouTube vr app on the app store. (How hard is it to SBS YouTube. So many other apps fail in achieving this.) Lots of customizable settings
This was working perfectly on my HTC One m7 but just moved to a Samsung s5 plus and the progress bar is pure white and unable to get controls to show, any chance of fixing? Then back to 5 star
Probably the best video viewer app for google cardboard with the galaxy s5, it works perfectly, there is no drifting and the controls are easy to access inside the viewer and (except for the sizing and seeking rings) they are easy to use. Thank you.
upgraded for Youtube account connectivity, but playlists 'say error'. On the plus side, sharing directly from youtube to vrTube is so awesome, the interface is beautiful, and I can still create playlists on the app from recents. love watching youtube side by side 3D videos (sbs 3d).
Side by side is two the same move on two screen(sbs) no half on each !!!! Fixed this becouse he not conversion 2D youtube moves on 3D !!!! And i log in on my youtube account buy it is still crap not see him properly. Grate menu,lot of options to choices can be the best but still some to do !!!
But the new circular slider are not working efficiently and has some issues...plus videos from vevo like any kind of any artist video clip will not work. i think it is like kind of protecting their videos in some way. wish this issue to be solved soon
This is the ONLY one on play store which doesn't show distorted images, other vr players are not properly setup Luke this one, but it supports some formats, I would love to know the list, please update the app with better layout and support and u have my 5 star
Doesn't show up as option for YouTube playback from dolphin or stock browser but got it working by sharing from the YouTube app and it does a good job once it gets going. Biggest complaint is not being able to set distortion correction level...default level over corrects for my lenses. That and videos occasionally not wanting to load only showing a black screen with a white bar at the bottom.
With no seek bar and time. It can get a little distracting. Also, it would be great to set things like volume and distance once without having to set it again every time I view a video
Developer... I am using the YouTube app to watch Nick I minaj anaconda on my cardboard. I load it and get an error loading video message. I picked the top video that comes up.
This is by far the best app that i have found for viewing videos on google cardboard, having compared it to googles own app and also a few virtual cinema. It has excellent features, and the only thing that is lacking is perhaps touch support so that the video can be controlled without being in the cardboard device. Thanks to the developers.
Does not work, videos never load. No point in linking youtube profile, does nothing. Waste of money and time.
Clicking links opens YouTube app every time and no way to select this player. To be fair, developer responded quickly to query.
