Very easy to use however the volume is severely low. I have to be in a room without any noise and still have to have my phone close to my ear to hear. I have to constantly ask the provider to repeat herself because it's very hard to hear which makes the visit twice as long. It's very nerve-wrecking and time consuming.
For the second time in 2 months every time the doctor makes the connection, the app then kicks me off the internet. I stay perfectly fine on the internet until the doctor enters the room. As soon as that happens I am disconnected from the internet wireless as well as cellular.
Twice I have had to reschedule my appointment because because the app kept freezing and me and the provider could not hear each other. We could not complete our visit.. Not to mention I had already paid for this visit. This app needs a serious revamp.
It is a wonderful app for video Clinic visits for Telehealth. The support team is extremely kind and wonderful. And 3 years I've only had one problem with a video chat from VeeCee Clinic and the support team fixed it immediately when I loaded them to it. I've always enjoyed VeeCee Clinic.
Still having issues with this app. My doctor and I both couldn't hardly hear each other and I had to bring the phone up to my ear. You guys really need to improve this app.
Connecting on Samsung Galaxy phone, Verizon mobile data. See/hear myself, but no video of provider. They can see/hear themselves, but not me. Then red lettered message about connecting, then reconnecting, then app freezes. 30 minutes later we get connected. Good Times...
Bad sound. The echoing is unreal. That's not a good thing when a professional who is concerned about your well being can't hear you or you don't hear them. *Please look into noise cancellation or a dampening field for feed back. "Feed back" sound as in when Phil Lesh is seen in Grateful Dead Movie playing with feedback from the amps while his bass guitar apparently needed it's wiring grounded. ***Thanks
Excellant service! Their psyche providers are very thorough and they actually listen to your symptoms a d try to make you feel better I highly recommend this service! Thanks guys I feel great!
Sound cuts out, so that I cannot hear the person on the other end. I have to log off and sign back in every single time that I use this app.! Very frustrating for both the medical staff and myself.
It does works but I don't like having to enter my information every single time 😒 otherwise it's a great app.
Can't hear a damn thing, and my speakers are loud. Fix this.
Terrible connectivity issues. I have good internet, but despite that, I lost video/sound feed during an appointment with a doctor once, restarted it, then it happened AGAIN. The app kept acting like the call was going through and counting the elapsed time, but neither of us could see anything other than a black screen. They had to call my cellphone to finish the appointment. After reading the other comments, seems like the app needs work. It's not very reliable.
App repeatedly shows an annoying error message ("An error occurred, please try again later") when trying to log into appointments. Uninstalling, clearing the cache, and closing/restarting the app have no effect. It's too easy to accidentally close the session and audio is repeatedly grainy and too soft. I almost had to pay for an unattended visit today because I couldn't log in to my appointment. Worst telehealth app I've used so far.
It seems like this app was created as a rush job. The whole thing feels really amateurish. I really can't give any advice on how to make it feel better as I am not really a UI guy, but you folx really need to get one stat. I was also bothered by the fact that this is a video messenger app doesn't have an option to keep the screen awake, so I had multiple screen shut-offs while talking to one of my providers yesterday. Not sure if I can blame your app for this, but audio / video quality was sub-par. My main provider's office has really good network connectivity, but you certainly could not tell it from my appointment yesterday. Video kept breaking audio sync, artifacting and ghosting images were disconcerting to say the least.
When on a call, the app fails to keep the screen awake; I have to be constantly hitting the power button to turn the screen back on. This alone makes the app practically useless. Also, the lack of Chromebook support, especially when the web site doesn't support Chrome OS, is utterly unacceptable.
One problem needing a fix is in adding one's birthdate. It's ridiculous having to scroll from 1980 down or up to one's birthdate. It's annoying and unnecessary. It would make more sense to select the month, date and year in a format allowing ready access. I detest the format currently available.
The app was working ok until today then my provider couldn't hear me. It was if I was on mute. I tried reinstalling it but I'm not sure if that worked yet as my visit is over. She ended up calling me and the volume was fine that way. I did notice the pics of the app in the app store do not look the same as what downloaded. There is no home screen or anything else.
It's not the worst app iv ever used, but it is very uncomfortable, and limited. I wish it would add my doctor's contact so he knows I want to see him, and he can text me any info I need, but instead it just throws me into a call without any other options, or instructions. Even zoom has a better set up. It really needs improvement.
COULD NOT CONNECT I tried and failed for days to connect from my Chromebook on wifi, even though they worked fine for everything else. Finally connected with cell via cellular @ the very end of a mtg, but they had to change my schedule of mtgs because of an internal conflict. So, I was then unavailable to attend something that was important to me. However, I still wouldn't have been able because I needed my cell free for ER calls re: my disabled son. Note: They said I'm only one ever had a prob.
So useful and a convenient way to see your dr!
Last update broke the app, can no longer get into my doctors' waiting rooms
Forec close and stops. Won't work.
Initially, it was difficult to log on, but finally it worked.
This required that the screen be touched every few seconds to keep it from going dark. With the phone on a tripod a foot away from the user the speaker couldn't be heard despite the volume being on max. And the person on the other end could not hear what was being said.
Had trouble downloading. It took forever 😭😒 to get it to just come up and it was like that on my other phone as well. Then when I finally got it to download and open I had problems connecting with my Dr. Plus the connection talking to him was a interference in and out. Will give it another chance next time but if it's anything like the first I will not be using it again. I give it three stars for effort
best staff EVER Very professional and on point Thank you
I have excellent internet service. This app keeps saying cannot connect to internet check my connection.
Works fine. I've used it 3 times and have had no issues with it whatsoever. Just wish the screen would stay on. It keeps trying to shut off every few seconds and I have to keep tapping my phone. Aside from that little nuisance it does the job.
Worked fine until the recent update. Now I can't even type in the provider room code in the box. I found a way to copy and paste it in. The call connected though I couldn't see my provider on cam or see my cam. We only had audio. These are new issues as I said, it worked fine prior to the update.
Fix the sound output issues. I'm switching practices because I can't tolerate the annoyance of this app any longer. I've been using it for over a year now and it hasn't been fixed. From the reviews it's a known issue and should've been resolved immediately.
