If I could give no stars I would. The app is shockingly bad! We spent a fortune installing cameras which work great, but the app is impossible to use. If your lucky enough for it to work when u open the app it soon crashes and you can't look at any of the cameras, live or in playback mode! God forbid we ever have to actually need them other than as a deterrent. Even force stopping them as clearing the cache rarely works either.
The app worked fine for me. I then got a newer phone and now l cannot save any screenshots or videos to the media folder. It reports screenshot success but the media folder stays empty. The app works fine on another phone l have access to
Since the last update can not see the CCTV images. They appear for about 1 second, then nothing. The data usage above where the image should be shows it is using data, just no picture.
I would love to rate the app 5 star, however a few minor bugs are troubling me. One of them is when I control the NVR with mobile app and enlarge one camera, the system automatically retuns to default view of all cameras. Please fix these issues. Thanks in advance..
app doesn't work. First I can't login after registering. Second my security DVR will not connect to app. Makes my very expensive security system pretty useless since the whole reason I got it was to be able to watch my home from my phone. Terrible app.
It is working fine until latest update. Now it is not opening as it ask to agree the privacy statement. But the agree button is out of screen and screen is not scroll down to the button.
It was perfect until the update. It looks like we are all stuck at the UNSCROLLABLE privacy agreement. Entirely frustrating. 😤
hi, i have successfully added the dvr, but cameras are unable to view.. streaming bandwidth is showing, but no live camera video is playing.. any settings need to enable
As a cctv installer I am seriously considering changing suppliers so my clients don't need to use this terrible app. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an alternative or I would definitely delete this one.

Was working fine until latest update. Says to click "agree" on the privacy policy but there is no button for it and can't get past that screen now.
My cameras are practically useless due to being unable to use this app. It has never had a update, it shows absolutely no camera footage. It want even pick up my cameras now.
Cant figure this app out. Keeps telling me to choose device in advance... advance of what? And when I try the buttons are all grey and inactive. Toughest app ever. I'm deleting it before my phone goes through a window.
Was brilliant until I tried to use it today . Now can't get past the privacy page . Tried to login today but unable to do so . Looks like a network issue . Cannot get the device online. 5/10/2020
software only support maximum *2 timespeed,, if need to playback with *4 timespeed, have to download by myself, and to download the screen view, u have to record the video with phone open to download the whole video. which mean u have to let ur phone on for 2 hours if u need the 2 hours record, cant u just make a button to download the whole selected part in the timeline, and just click to download it?????
Good... But remote control through mobile is vry difficult. So u may provide a mobile friendly user interface to change settings..
Samsung note 10 plus try to download video clips, but it does not appear in the media center. Pls fix...thanks
Fast reliable. Just love it. I have zero problems and it loads right up. There is no better dvr on the market for this price..
It works for me. It has HD & Zoom feature.Support is good with updates and improvements.

Before everything was perfect until two months ago i received an update, and since i updated my phone i can't see my security cameras with my cellphone like i used to.
Easy to to use.set up was a doddle.only Downside is connection on WiFi.using WiFi gives me network error messagei.even when on full WiFi signal.tried different WiFi settings but no better.if I switch to 4g it loads straight away
App is junk, fails to connect constantly despite high speed fibre internet, great when I've had a 1k system installed! Not cool VSS
After I updated I can't access to the app! They said click agree but there is no agree button! I'm lost now 🙁
Difficult to use, if i am able to configure alarms for motion detection its an extreamly poor explanation of how.
Horrible cuz it does not work like you did when we first got it and I don't understand with the new update why you need to read people's text messages uninstalled
I've been using this app for several years now, and it never gets any better. Most of the time when you open the app, it'll bring up the camera, the progress circle will spin then eventually stop and say "network error", almost every time. You can refresh over and over, and after minutes it may work. And rarely works if not connected to WiFi, and I have 5G service. I have one of the fastest and most reliable internet connections in the country with EPB Fiberoptics, so that's not the issue.
