Simply doesn't work - claims to have synced with server but no data appears

Hello sir today I download the vtiger mobile app I am using the OnePlus 5t mobile so this app not working its req update but I don't find any update on play store please help me I am using open source vtiger software

This app does not work with v7 which is the latest stable version of the crm

An horrible display with black screen and few possibilities of customization . The computer vtiger crm is very powerfull but dt think you can do everything u want on mobile device , its more a friendly reminder apz :) .. go to the vtiger360 if you can have it on the cloud

This app has a lot of hope, but for $20 I expect a great usability and perfect stability. This app is plagued with too many small and large annoyances and crashes. For example, it does not appear possible to change the login username and URL if you need to access another vtiger installation.

I don't understand why anyone would use any of the vtiger apps. They all have very limited functionality, I can never complete a task for my purpose in them. I simply log into my crm via browser, there I have the full functionality of the system and don't make myself angry over the shortcomings of the various apps. There is simply no reason to use an app for vtiger.

I am now using the vTiger 6 crm and works fine. This app is ok but not nearly enough power to do what I need. There are a lot of windows that don't go all the way. It needs many more search applications and you cannot use everything the way you need to. I paid over 20.00 US which is about 30.00 Canadian. I now find out they are giving this app away. I asked them when they were going to have the fixes and they told me that they will with the new vTiger version that's now out. They just came out with the new beta app and I asked where to download it. They told me that only the users of their upgraded crm can have the new mobile version. I don't understand. I paid 30.00 cdn and need it working better. At least they could do is give me the new version as they are giving them away. I'm going to give the CRM a 4 of 5 but the mobile app much less for not only the problems with it but the way in which they charged me, then gave it away and then not provide me with the update of the app that is now supposed to fix the problem for the one I paid for. I think they should provide it to me for free and then I'll give them a better mark if it works better than the last one. vTiger should help.

Some reviews are clearly by non-tech savvy users. I am using vTiger 6.x open source, I have 25+ years in IT and have had No Problems on my Nexus 5. Depending on your needs vTiger beats Sugar CRM, but this app is better than any of the Sugar apps I have found thus far.

I had hopes, but it's klunky and awkward, for example, there's no filter on trouble tickets... I only want to see tickets that are NOT closed, but I see all... makes it difficult to see in progress or new ones. At the moment, that's all I'm using vtiger for. I've just attempted to update the phone number for a contact, it says saving but it doesn't save.

Log in to the web page from my phone.Many of the models do not work, the calander, the business card scanner is no bueno, adding contacts and organizations is an issue. As many suggest the interface is clunky and slow, not really viable to use for paid vtiger subscriber on latest UI etc. I am also in IT.

This app provides on the go access to my crm data. I feel that the looks would improve with a lighter interface, but it is free so can't complain really

I paid for this app 2 years ago and barely using it. But with the latest updates i am very pleased with the features. Good job guys.

This app is breaking while installing. Not able to anything. Always saying stopped unfortunately and ask me to close while installing.

Great to have an app for vtiger, it would be great if you extend it to show all the fields related to an organization or contact can be shown, we have many fields on the web version, but only some of them show up on the app.

Does not work at all, install fine but on login it syncs but can't find any contact, organisation or calendar entry.

Clunky, limited functionality. Poor search. Almost enough to want to make the change to a different crm to get a decent app. When you are on the road, this app causes more headaches than assistance

I can see leads on desktop when logged in, but app says no records found.

vtiger has stopped working. I guess that this causes by custom module we create. However, iPhone version has no problem, can work well.

It's great and all. But i have problem on changing the url and the username. Can anyone help? Been following the instruction in help.vtiger com but i still cant do it

I'm happy the webforms are working in the latest open source version. Love it. I love adding new opportunities on the fly and keeping in Sync. Thanks @vtiger.

Please fix this issue...

Last update was September 2014. The user interface can be easily improved. Need to be able to edit sales orders and purchase orders.

Great app but isn't able to send emails.
