I made EKEDC prepaid electricity bill payment on April 7, I was debited but no token was generated up till this moment. The transaction status was "initiated" and when I clicked "I was billed for transaction", and even clicked on help, nothing has happened since then, my money has not been returned and no token has been generated to me. Please do something about it
Truly, fast is an attitude. Your service is so great that i feel like gifting your customer service agent that resolved my issue. I thought i was going to wait for days to get my token after a successful bank transfer that did not reflect in your account. To my surprise your customer service agent Tomilola resolved it swiftly with no stress and i'm so happy. Keep up the good work VTPass!
I've been using the App for all my utility payments and for extended family as well and have recommended to friends who use this for business. It's a great App. And I want to expand just don't know why my POS request is taking forever to be delivered.
Lovely experience, was able to speak to Favour and wetin 10minutes my decoder issues were fixed. VTpass is so accurate n am glad to recommend and use them all time.

Excellent app! You can do a lot of things on this app. allows me to buy airtime or data of any network, pay my electricity bill in a snap and subscribe my decoder. There are other services as well such as third party motor insurance. The app comes with a live-chat platform for communicating with customer support instantly. Great app!
I just stumbled on VTpass today! I got one of the best services ever in a minute! Very efficient platform. Kudos guys.
Horrible app, i made a payment to purchase electric unit my account has been debited immediately but i couldn't get token of what i paid for, customer care isn't replying my messages, tried calling there customer care line it isn't connecting, i need my refund or my token.
The app needs many modification. * Let the be an avenue when someone taps the back button it says "are you sure you want to close app" not automatically closing and then starting afresh again. * Work on the time when someone gets credited, too much delays. * Create a point for finger print scanning when logging automatically. (When I close the app, let it log me out automatically then leaves the username on the clipboard but password blank, then asks for it or fingerprint when ever I log in

Vtpass is app is a very reliable app, I can use to do any kind of transaction online such as fund transfer, cable TV subscribtion, utility / electricity bill payment
Made payment for gotv max over 12hrs and couldn't get what I paid for. This is awful. No customer care service at all . Extremely bad
Just used it for the first time to purchase light units. I am so impressed with the speed of response. I think you should try it out.
Worst experience with them. I paid for light but couldn't get token. I fell for a scammer for the first time
The app is not working on my phone. It says "setup app for first use", I keep tapping it but it's not opening. I'm using the website to pay bills. Please work on the app. Thanks. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it says I should allow vtpass to make and manage phone calls. I tapped deny and it won't open. The app is not supposed to be for phone calls. I don't understand
I am a first time user. I paid for a client's dstv and for over 30 minutes it's still not showing, Also I recharged for a client. His phone have not been credited yet I have been debited for the two(2) transactions and charged for convinece. I don't think VTpass is reliable.
The text on the receipt printed is too clumsy. Let the text have an additional line spacing to make it legible just like the previous update. Additionally, the minimum amount that appears for ikedc prepaid metre should also be allow to reflect on the transaction slip/receipt. Please kindly work on it. Thanks
Hello admin, I really love this app. I registered as an agent. People come to buy airtime and pay for subscription at my place but sometimes when I subscribe for them they channels don't show up Until we call the customer care. And I don't like it since I will like people to see me as a reliable person Please make changes so that I can continue with the business.
It's a great app compare to others, very useful in paying bills fast and reliable, their customers care very friendly with quick response. Most importantly it has helped me to generate income from the commission gotten. Bravo to vtpass. But recently as of 2 days now the customer care line is never reachable and Phed payment is not accessible up till today accept i use my bank to pay for the phed. This app is a fraud. I paid for electricity bill and i did not get the token for it. Ive been calling their service number and they are not picking. Their email is invalid and there is no way to track any transaction. They are a total scam. BEWARE!!!
Bad experience ever since I updated the app....I cannot print Receipt for my customers anymore....this is seriously frustrating to say the least. Kindly work on it please. I have chatted with support on several occasions but to no avail.
Initially the app was good & this made me forfeited other apps, but I was quite surprise when I did subcription for my decorde and I was debited twice for different amount. I tried contacting customer line but to no avail, have also sent mail but yet to receive any positive response concerning my money refundment. Guys be careful with the app.
Very annoying app. You guys won't allow copy and paste of meter number, yet when someone minimizes to go fetch info from another app while making a transaction, this app refreshes and loads afresh. Very very frustrating. I decided to download despite the reviews that possibly you guys had fixed the issue but it's evident you don't even go through your reviews. Uninstalling right away.
Actually i like this app, you have good customer care i respect that but, the network is not constantly good especially during online wallet crediting, i currently have more than N10000 hook in the bank cos of this, and when i deposit money in your account it takes almost 2-3 hours before crediting. No bonuses no cashback. you really need to check your network(most) and business strategy(look in to the market and compete guys).
I used to recommend this app to people but recently your Customer Service is getting worse by the day. Very frustrating experience, please improve. Also send tokens immediately after the transaction is successful to prevent people going through the frustrating experience
This app is great. Allows easy wallet crediting, easy purchase of airtime and data, meter token even insurance. If you cannot reach customer support online, you can reach help by chatting them up on social media like Twitter. Just search for VTpass. Nice app.
Vtpass is a good app, it makes life easy i really enjoy using it n I love d prompt n polite response of ur customer care . But pls is there a way to copy or paste on d app? Cos I noticed that I cant paste phone no., meter no. And I cant copy token generated as well so I must screenshot to send to customers what about customer not online.
This company has nothing to offer their Agents, customer care, no response, email, no acknowledgment, you will unlisted IBEDC bill payment from the app without prior notice, no cash transfer, so what are u doing as wallet payment company, I made a wrong choice dealing with u, most of the IBEDC payments, you don't credit customer account and you didn't reversed the money back to the agent wallet, so what have u been upgrading all these while..

For Almost two years plus, i had been using vtpass. Compare to other Power related apps to recharge my electricity meter and to recharge family and friends,vtpass is reliable in every way including their Wallet section of the app. On communication they are there 24hrs to reply your chat in a situation you have any complain. Filling your information accurately and following the page instructions are one best way to enjoy this app. I give them Excellent. And recommended it to any one.
