Really disappointing that you update this app so infrequently. I live in Canada. I own a Galaxy Tab S4. I can not view menus in wide screen. The app reverts to portrait mode for all menus. Downloading files to tablet is very slow and I have a super fast internet connection. We pay good money for Tivo. Update your app more frequently.

Asked for unnecessary permissions and then wouldn't let me get in the app. It's a TV streaming service app why do you need access to make phone calls? If you ask me it's unnecessary. This is disappointing to be honest

login failure from tab using same password that works on my phone and other tab (same model) It just will not load on my Samsung Galaxy Tab.

I downloaded this because I was reading about it on my phone and when I download says you need a user name and password. It won't even let u register 😒

Used the app for several weeks on my gallaxy tablet and suddenly I get a "stale request" screen and can't get out of it. I have uninstalled the app several times, but nothing works. App works fine on my phone. What ami doing wrong?

Signed up online sucessfully. Email should be username but does not work. "Don't know login" checkbox does nothing. Called ISP and had no luck. Looks like it would be nice. No idea though since it doesn't work.
