Completely broken on Shield TV. Password system is not working properly. It tells me my password doesn't meet the requirements even though it does -- changing it didn't fix anything. And I'm able to log in just fine on other devices without issue. I will be forced to sideload the old app until this is fixed. Or use another device (please don't force me to use my Xbox One VUDU app for this). Please fix.

This is a good app, with good customer service. If you experience unusual problems, I advise clearing the app cache and restarting. An odd issue with the user interface caused me to purchase a movie inadvertently. When I did this, Vudu customer service refunded my money quickly and without any hassle. Nvidia customer service suggested the app cache wipe which solved my problem entirely. Still, I'd prefer that the problem never occurred, but thankfully it was easily undone.

Looks and acts like many of the other VUDU apps except it doesn't have movie/TV download capability like the mobile versions. I bought a Shield TV for my Dad who lives in a remote area with capped and slow internet that cannot stream video very well thinking the app would have more parity with the Android Mobile versions and I could download the shared VUDU Library to the Shield and then ship it to him. Disappointed download is missing.

I'm glad it finally came out and It works well. I really wish that it offered the ability to download movies for "offline playback", I'm always online, but since Comcast has data caps I like to download the movies I play the most often ( mostly cartoon movies for my 2 year old son). I have the shield pro with the 500GB Hard drive and this seems like a strange feature to not include. MU Playstation 3 Vudu app can do this, so why can't this one. Please add it.

Used to be great, but now we get nothing but network errors trying to connect to vudu. Whereas our phones on the same network have no problems

Maybe I'm naive, but I was expecting a proper Android TV app from VUDU. They ruin the very first impression of the app, when you try to put in your randomly generated password using their horrible (ABC not QWERTY) keyboard. And then you enter the app and you're greeted with an interface that looks a decade old! Oh well, at least NVIDIA managed to get them on board. At least it's here on the TV where it belongs instead of an app on my phone spamming me with ads in my notifications!

So much better with the last update! the only irritation is in the 'my tv' section. Please only show me the seasons/episodes I have purchased instead of showing me everything available and have to pick through a visual cacophony of options for the few I actually own.
