Was brilliant. Now rubbish. Opens after about 3 mins. When I look at boarding passes App crashes and closes. Uninstalled, restarted phone, still same problem. Along with the website not working and allowing me to see my boarding passes (print or send link to mobile) all I can say is that at least I can go to the airport with my booking reference. Not happy. Was so promising up until today. Fly in 4 days so maybe it will get sorted!!!
One of the worst airline apps...which are known to be so-so at best. -1/2 of the times, doesn't load...need to re-install - navigation is bad -never gives you clear details on your booking like what f☆ bags are included or not -when credited a flight, it disappears from history but you need booking code to use crédit (scam!) -points are a joke...u get 3 years of points (20k) for like 60€ rebate ...annoying online checking process ...not a good experience
Scam alert!!! Tried to book with the app put in all my details and booked priority. The app then froze. Then when I went back in the priority option was gone just the other 300% plus more expensive options. If this happens go book on website but don't log in and add to app later. It will be interesting to see what the company replies. Sorry for trying to rip you off? Will fly air France instead of in future you pay more but a better service. Just had to use for these dates. Lost my future busine
As much as I like flying with Vueling, but their app is absolute rubbish. Security check, boarding pass needed, app not opening... Now it can't retrieve my password neither reset it..again error. Will have to book with another airline I guess.
I am unable to download or view my boarding pass through the app. Everytime I attempt to open the boarding pass the app force closes or says there is an error. As this is the sole reason I downloaded the app, the app is useless to me. If the developed could fix this issue, then the app may be useful. App downloaded several days ago, so newest version of app.
One of the worst airlines in the world. After many flights cancelled, missed and app issues, just had another one and had to write this. The app doesn't give you the boarding passes and missed my flight. Just another one by vueling
It's incredibly slow at startup - wouldn't rely on it working when you need it the most, that is when you are flying through the airport to catch your flight - and when it finally let you in is it to show you ads, each and every time - a very bad user experience
Forget about the application. I had experience with around 40 different airlines all around the world. Before Vueling was a little bit better but the last trip was my worst travel ever about the services. If you have other option, do not choose this company.
This app used to be super good (or at least the last time I tried it , on December) Now you cannot restart your password in case you've forgotten, it won't log in and the app in general is now super slow. So sad because I remember that the first time I tried i was impressed of how good was it because it is really informative and useful, but not working as good as before .
Lord you make it difficult. It was so difficult for me to get the booking reference number. Every time I tried, it would freeze or give an error. If you can't retrieve it, there is no option to try with different details
Last update installed and application it's opening very slow. Also i will need the tip when you book the flight I have whole information but can't found the luggage info.
Total stress trying to retrieve my boarding pass. The app won't open. Thoroughly bugged. Now do I need to pay extra at the airport for a boarding pass?
Worst app ever it logs me straight out ever time I try to get my boarding pass don't need this stress ,this is the first time booking with vueling and it will be the last😡
Delay of more than 1 hour, and on top of that ineficiencies disembarking, the app is not as good as Ryanair either
Does not work to book flights... Stays on a loading screen and makes no progress. Very frustrating
The check-in experience could not be worse. It's not clear what documents you need, and even when you finally submit all, you receive an email saying documents are not valid, preventing you from checking in. But the email does not say what isn't valid and how to proceed. Extremely unwelcoming and not user friendly.
Pretty dreadful app. I would use vueling frequently and have tried to set up an account and collect avios points to no avail. Likewise, a vueling message stating that I need to wait 45seconds prevented me from verifying the purchase with my bank.
Avoid! Does not work to book flights! It took me 20 minutes and many tries to login. Impossible to pay (warning screen that the authentication process can take up to 45 seconds, is blocking the second authentication screen from my credit card company, preventing me to complete the transaction). I will have to book my flight on a computer, after trying with the app for the last 40 minutes. Impossible to join the rewards air point scheme. Very unpleasant experience. I have uninstalled the app.
I like tha app. Simple to use. Its not five stars because it takes a little while to open.

App never opens, just keeps spinning on the loading screen
App layout good but one major problem. It won't download boarding passes onto phone, which is probably one of the main reasons for installing this app. Keeps saying that there's a communication error when attempting download. Have tried with no success on android and iphone. Worked perfectly in the past.
I don't what happened because I never had s problem with the app but It won't let me do the check in or see the boarding pass. Every time I tried a message appears saying this: "A connection error has occurred. Please try again later". But it'll never work. I tried install the app three times and checking my network and reboot the phone but it keeps happening.
The staff at check-in are understanding, patient and extremely kind. Haven't been let down yet by Vueling - every flight experience has been smooth
Bad experience. I could not find any email on the website/app to contact Customer Service just a phone number which somehow it doesn't works. A Refund it's not possible you just get a flight credit even that the flight was cancel by the company. I travel a lot with cheap airlines but never before with this Airline. Very bad experience and very Complicated. In 2021 online service has to be easy and fun.
Worst ever web page and app! It's not working and driving you crazy! Never experienced such terrible online service! It's just not possible to book flights! Seams application and mostly your web page is losing connection with your servers and gives errors or just reload front screen without doing anything. Also not showing all bookings I have already made.
Lots of informations but with plenty of problems. Couldn't perfom online check in and we try it for 3 days. Online assistent wasn't helpful. We send a message for support bud didn't get any answer. In the end we only got boarding pass for one person (there was 3 of us). We had to go on check in desk after all. After that boarding passes appeared in aplication, but half of hour later. Overall, not very useful aplication.q
It has secret costs, after a ticket purchase. In my case, I selected the trip and it obligated me to pay for a "seat selection". Beyond this fact, it changed my flight 2 times and in the end I had to take a refund. I booked with an other flight-service and I had to pay an extra day for a new hotel room. I'm not satisfied at all with the whole experience. P.S.: The app had -20% discount and I didn't get it, because I used the website😢
