Should specify requirements for all functions to work. Only get video sharing which is not useful. Phone Moto z2 force 4GB/64GB ram/storage , snapdragon 835. Probably a software limitation . Too bad By the most reviews are by employees of PTC . I am an actual user. One of the so called users mentioned that ARcore is the prerequisites and my phone supports it but still no go. Not ready for prime time.
A friend told me about this app and when i tried it i was honestly really impressed with the little cool feature which uses a basic augmented reality component. Again, very cool.

A really neat little app. You can show another person exactly what you are seeing and show then exactly what to do. Drawing in VR is super fun!
Application works fine, it provides a very rapid way of collaborating through AR-enhanced video calls. There's a link that shows which phones are supported (not all Android are equal). App is good however the annotation is not supported on galaxy fold 2. It would be great if there is an update that can help to support my phone
Looks like the latest version has support for ARCore devices, so many more device than previously, I can confirm that I can create annotations now using my Huawei P30, this is great news, thank you!

This is a really great app for when you need help from someone that is remote and help you solve issues at home or at work. Really grate to use in these times when you might not be able to travel to support your relatives or colleagues. It requires a good connection and a fairly new phone to support all features but has a low bandwidth mode that works well. The 3D annotations are really cool :-)
