Hi, I contacted the team earlier this year, still having the same problem in Huawei P20. All notifications are enabled, but it happened again that a referral was missed due to the app not notifying me that there is a new message. Please assist.
i am trying to register to use the app bit it does not give me an option to type my details. does not show the keyboard (Samsung phone). i uninstalled and re-installed but the problem remains.
Since the update if you go out of the app to check something (before sending), and then go back, then your message has disappeared.
Since I downloaded on Samsung A31 photos are not uploading. Defeats the purpose to refer on vula, but still then to send photos on WhatsApp.
This is the most amazing app for SA doctors, and linking private and public healthcare...I am super excited.
Awesome. The only snag is that I can't forward what I wrote to one clinician to another otherwise I would have given it a 5 star acting.
I can't find some departments at Bara like Obstetrical or Peads admission ward, only ophthalmology on clinical support, no Arv specialist and that is our biggest challenge at Phc level. Maybe I don't know how to nevigate, that's the reason I gave 3.

Something needs to be done with the settings and editing of details. It is a long process to send an email just for editing your details on the app that is already in your phone.
Great help to bring specialist advice closer to the patient. Helps making referrals more appropriate, by ensuring appropriate care at the appropriate level of care.
Using Vula for past 2 years. Made referrals very very easy. Drs responded in no time.
Can't explain what makes this app very useful...only when you're working at primary health level, will one notice how wonderful this app is!
I have been trying to register my details so I could log in. Its giving me an error code. Looks useful if am able to log in for now ..........

Absolutely tremendous customer service. I had a minor glitch on my app late on a Friday afternoon. The support technicians reply within minutes to emails and escalate the problem if they cannot fix it themselves. By far the best attended to app on my phone. Makes referring a breeze. Recommending to all of my friends/colleagues.
Really, Really, Really Bad update. Previously quick, easily accessible, user friendly and no associated headache with use. I wish it didn't update automatically. Please fix urgently or provide APK file with previous version.
