Update 8: The developers got in touch with me and they rolled back my data to how it was like before the update. So now it is working as before. I have only given 4 stars for now. Will change it to 5 stars after they give individual options for printing QR code and Bank details on both the printer settings. For now I am happy with the results.
Nice App , but there are certain things that needs to be incorporated. When a sigle party makes multiple purchases ,if they clear there previous bill . There should be option where we can mark that there previous bill is cleared. And one single opening balance is visible. It sometimes confusion.
This app is helping very much my team. However imprments are needed in many areas. There must be an option to edit the purchase prise and sale price of the item when we enter new purchases or the price must automatically shown as per the latest purchase price. Its very difficult to edit purchase price individualy if you have large number of items with fluctating price. It is recommended to display item code also in reports especially in item report by party.
Very user friendly and good for proper business growth One update required in software, every time while printing we have to change row size, please update that one if we sent A4 size paper, it should print full A4 size paper if it's one or more than one item. If this issue fix it's really mean for 5star ratings.
Excellent app for billing. You may make invoices from anywhere with paid version. Very easy to use. Very nice user interface especially on mobile. The PC version interface is also good though not that fantastic as mobile version.
I am using this app since 1 year for my business. Earlier version WAS very good, but the last two updates made the app very slow and sometimes it gets struck. Earlier we had an option to check payment history of any invoice right from the sale invoice page itself but after the recent updates this option is removed. Overall, the application is simple and easy to use.
Very good Mobile and PC billing software I was looking for. It genuinely save alot of time and effort. I don't have to worry about the recurring calculations as everything is automated. Now my bills are neat and clean being computer/Mobile generated. Long story short download the app and experience it.
No option to retrieve mobile number added for cash sale. We cannot see it any more. Contacted customer support many times and explained the issue. Every time they will say, we will note this issue and update the application with changes. But no use.
Please you guys should work on the image options to share file, the old version was very simple and clear, but this new upgrade has affected the image, the image is now wide and blurred not cleared enough to share to someone, my client complain of the image option and not everyone has pdf supported on their phone.
I am using this app since 14 months.. It meets all my needs. Please add some more features to it to make this app excellent. 1. Show 'item suggestions' during the making of invoce based on past purchase of party. 2.show the sub tottle of invoice in 'pop up Window' during the making of invoice.
App is great and easy to use. One thing which I had discussed with team was to give the multiple discount options (Scheme discount, Bulk order discount, Trade discount etc.) Team has assured me 6 months back that this feature will be available soon but no update after that. Hope to see this feature soon.
Really facing lotsa issues with Vyapar now. Using from 3 years with 5 licenses. Every time while generating new sales , if any simple typing error ( space , spelling) causing addition of new party in the system and same with items also. It's has created a mess in my system with lotsa duplicate parties and items .. and now it's going beyond control. Really fade up with this issue. They should stop this addition of parties and items directly while making sales or quotation entries.
Vyapar app service is excellent because I'm using free version App but suddenly any bugs comes on my company data. I was contact to customer service they were removed bugs from my file with in 2 hours on free version app. Now my company working properly. Heartily thanks for resolve my errors on free version app. Suggestion- Please add Customer ID options automatically numbering field, which help to identify same name customer without any confusion. Hi This Banti, I would like to thank Mr.Seshagiri sir, On the off days also he is helping me to learn the app and very friendly staff and really a experienced guy. And I would like to refer my friends and relatives to use the application for their Business Purposes. The desktop and Mobile version is very cool to use. It is only inventory and not good for accounting . Has no fixed assets, trail balance no journal voucher . All entries and inclusive taxes . No accounting software are incl taxes all purchase and sales computation are pre gst. Many more issues
Enough for small businesses. One missing point is web........ They must have a web option to use on any desktop browsers. Other wise phone is enough.
There is option of making the PRO-FORMA INVOICE but when you create the PRO-FORMA INVOICE , the title shows QUOTATION. There is no option to change it. I have also asked supptfor this in last six months,but no support provided . If you have both desktop and mobile licence than offline is not possible it's also a barrier. Please correct it. Still no action.i asked for support in Feb 2022 but still not solution provided by support team
Sir i have upgraded to premium. I just have three suggestions. 1. Please provide quantity as a option in barcode as in jewelry business the weight of an item is necessary for entry and the variable is the daily rate of gold and silver. 2. Please add the option of payment as debit/credit card. 3. Please allow premium customers to send their reciepts automatically by whatsapp from their business accounts rather than by sending them via vyapaar app accounts. This results in better reputation

Love this app! Works great for my hobby and so glad to be able to keep inventory. Well, I have been using for a while but after this last update it keeps crashing on me. Talked to customer service and they said, "not on their end and to check my internet". Did all that, uninstalled reinstalled, nothing. So I should change the rating to 1 star ⭐. UPDATE:. after many tests and restarting, I figured it had to be my phone. So user error, customer service has been EXTREMELY WONDERFUL. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As on free trial, experience has been good and will look forward to purchase in future as it can solve many problems easily without having to pay others to get the job done. The new updated interface is not good to use and make difficult. Is there any option to get summary of additional charges of each bill.
Earlier i had given them 5star as I am using this app since july 2018.. Earlier it was easy to use with lots of features. And now a days its every now and then they come up with update and major changes to the app. Which might be good for some.
Nice and easy to use. Kindly add two things in desktop version. 1) pdf sharing from desktop. 2) envelop printing from desktop.
This app is good for only sales invoicing. Accounting functions this app is a big zero. Capital entry cannot add, journal entry concept , Fixed asset, depreciation, not available. Purchase no unique serial no. Is generated.
As of now my issues and suggestions has been properly listened by the team and my purpose has been solved for giving lower rating. Though software is having outstanding features but some major updation is still required for being a core accounting software.
Vyapar App is a solution for those who are looking for a way to manage retail business and book keeping but it still requires the fundamental features like POS menu with tender amount, day end menu with report, and setting a different prices for each unit. With these features, Vyapar would be the one of the best app in the market.
Great app, just one problem how to add 2 mobile numbers in my firm as I want to print invoices with my and my father boths number and also if there was option for name in front of number it would be awesome.
Software is way behind basic standards of accounting. They don't have trial balance, their balance sheet report is a joke, they don't have provision of fixed assets and the best part is that they don't provide journal entry system!. Rest of the available system works good along with multi device sync
