~111 notifications a day!!! All blank and disappear after pop up. Very, very annoying please fix your web framework. Website has been down for over 2 weeks

Not usable as it must be launched from the new Mobile Banking app, which does not work. Nice.

Vystar is a horrible bank. They have way better banks these days. Shop around. 🖕They for sure don't know how to run a website or an app.

This app is terrible it does not work and I cannot get into my bank still after 12 days

My mobile banking or my card control no longer works can you please show me the right one to use this update seems to not be working for me

This app is not working. It keeps shutting off

This app worked fine until I subsidy unlocked my phone. Now, when attempting to open the app, I get a notification that says that the program will not run on a rooted device. I have the US version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. If I was able to accidentally root this phone, there are A LOT of people who would love to know how, including myself. For those who don't get the joke, the US version of the Note 9 is, as of yet, unrootable. Subsidy unlocked just means you can use any SIM card.

Can't log in to check account. Very frustrating

there are MANY times when the fingerprint scanner registers a successful scan but the app cannot find a secure network, but then I shut down the app and sign in manually and all things are fine. Too many times tgis happens especially in the heat of the moment in grocery store. VERY frustrating!! Happens when logged into store wifi OR my 4g network. Update to developer: Not to be funny, but the system states your last update was Jan of 2018.

I don't like that it will not allow me to add my credit card through the bank app. My debit cards sure it added no problem but not the credit card. I believe that is the number on thing that should be secured because if its stolen credit cards have no pin majority of time to use it. This makes me want to pay of my credit card and get one through a bank that makes me feel more secure about where and how my money is protect in the event of theft. Ive been with them since birth as a loyal customer.

11/29 update, installed the app to try the fix the server is still unreachable. Who's doing your beta testing? 11/14 Update, Gave this another try. Still no change. Server is unreachable. I've used the lock card feature from other Banks and definitely gives peace of mind. It's integrated into one app. 10/17 Update: I tried using the integration on the main app. You deceived me, the function is not on the main app. It is a link to the useless Vystar Card Control app that at the moment doesn't work due to server being unreachable. Excited I can lock my cards for security however right now 10/16/2018 the Server is unreachable... Saw someone else say they have the same problem with Android version 9. I tried the website and it's up and running but lacks the card locking option. Can this functionality be provided in the website? Why a separate app for this? Could this function be integrated into the main vystar app?

I have asked for help through calling Vystar Support multiple times and months apart, and by going into my local branch on 312 in St. Augustine. They were supposed to research and get back to me. Never have I ever gotten a call back. No one seems to be able to help. If I could give this app, and Vystar Support for this app for Card Control, I'd give it "0" zero stars. This has been going on for well over a year. It doesn't work. It never alerts me when I have a debit transaction for over a year

This app used to work great but for the last few months now it doesnt alert me on anything at all, and when trying to open the app it just shows the loading screen and says that it's trying to find a secure connection. Tried uninstalling and downloading again, tried using wifi and just my cellular data. Nothing has worked.

Does not connect to Vystar's server on Pie 9. I have tried accessing through both this app, and Vystar mobile app. In both cases, I receive an error msg. "Your financial server could not be reached." The error is very easy to produce, contact if you would like screen shots.

Commented on here before and was asked to contact them for trouble shooting after having an iPhone and switching to an Android and not being able to get the alerts I was used to. Here's my update: I contacted Vystar as requested. Still doesn't work. The representative was not helpful what so ever and told me to go into my account and fix it myself. Zero stars for sure.

Great app when it worked. Now it just hangs waiting on a secure connection. Deleted and reinstalled and still does not function. Hope a fix is in the works. Update: It worked for a little while and now it's back to the same problem, at a time when I really need to turn off my card.

This app makes zero sense.how am I supposed to input my card info if it's lost??? There was once a simple lock card button on the banking app. Bring it back please l, multiple apps for the same bank is moronic and a waste of phone space

I use to think this app was so wonderful. I would get alerts about all my transactions and I loved it. Now its not working and I no longer receive alerts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Vystar banking app and the Vystar card control app. So frustrating because I had gotten so accustomed to the alerts.

Beyond upset and unhappy with vystar. Someone tried taking thousands of $$ from my saving account because they somehow had access to both routing and account number for my savings. I was told to get the card control app for extra protection but upon reading the agreement vystar wants me to pay for this security feature which i find to be absolute bullcrap. And to top it off i was given the names of the 2 people who tried to commit fraud but no other info...i use to trust vystar. But now no.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I've never been able to get it to work. It just always says the servers are unreachable. This is the only way to quickly pause your card without having to call Vystar directly so its a pretty major inconvenience.

I've tried everything suggested to others and the app won't work on my Pix3..... won't connect to server. No thanks. I attempted again..it did download, but now tells me the issuer won't allow my card access.....🙄 I tried again, 10/10/2019, and now once launched, it 'spins' loading and won't connect.....😠 Yes, I have 5.3.4 Now it works... Same problem as e everyone else, shouldn't have to call to troubleshoot should be fixed since its not an isolated incident. Also enjoyed it more when it would notify me of when, who, and how much I spent when notified instead of the "your threshold has been exceeded" forcing me to log in to check for accuracy. NOTE IF IS WORKING DONT FIX IT...

Great app ...BUT... This is a great app in controlling your card and getting alerts to when your card is used. It helped me identify fraudulent charges and notify the bank quickly. However, since my Android did its most recent update, Card Control, now doesn't work because of incompatibility.

Doesn't work for Pixel phone. Just cycles while making a secure connection. Called support at least 5 times and it never gets fixed. Installed several times, never helps. I have never been able to successfully use this app on my Pixel phone. Zero stars if you ask me.

Used to be a great app, but for months on end now, it doesn't alert me for purchases, despite repeated troubleshooting and reinstalling. Now the app doesn't even open, it's just spins on the loading screen.

I've had to stop for a while. And it doesn't work I have deleted it downloaded it again and it still gives me the same error message update your device settings to verify app. nothing seems to work.

My app is not working. When I try to click on the app I get a message saying, Update your device settings to enable Verify apps, a Google utility to secure your device. I don't know how to do that!!!

I love how the app notifies me of set Transaction amounts and I can turn cards on and off if spending gets to excessive. Also easy to transfer money on the go and view account history. Never have glitches with operating app!!
