Worst..not able to synchronize app n watch. Pathetic service sync fail always. No gps update nothing. Watch is not able to sync
It appears this particular app does not work properly with the Vista watch. I cannot get any of the readings, such as blood pressure, mood, energy to work properly. I cannot even get the compass activated. I have now received three watches and all of them do the same thing. I get a FAIL reading when I attempt to execute these particular settings.
This vyvo watch is very irritating!!! Always gives me problems!!! Very annoying!!! Wrote to support team kept asking me to send screenshots, they are NOT solving the issue. Just giving excuses.This app is totally useless, i have lost all my TOKENS since 3rd July until TO DATE and it has no improvement at all, always has problem in pushing LIFESTYLE INDEX always need to uninstall . Why can't just compensate me ALL MISSING TOKENS immediately, and just tell the technical team to rectify the issues

Its talking about AGPS File update and its not showing exactly how to update; on their site or app.
Lousy App. Always cannot syn after going to different countries. Have to uninstall & reinstall. If one don't travel overseas than it doesn't have this problem. Much to be improve. Either that, it's the VYVO watch itself has problem.
Finally an app who can hold me accountable while on my fitness journey in the easiest and most convenient way possible! It motivates me to do better everyday. Love it!
Excellent App that gives clear focus to increasing your Health awareness! Provides great insight into my important vitals like Blood pressure, SpO2, Heart and Vascular health, Stress levels and more! It also effortlessly syncs with my Vyvo Watch Gen. 2, to track my fitness activities too!

Calendar doesnt sync with app just flashes "Calling Google API" then nothing happens

Do not buy from this company Check HEKA feedback Same group - app changed on HEKA to stop devices working Took 8 months to get a after heaps of proof I was told to uninstall & reinstall app ( which I'd done at least 20 times) 18 months ago, HEKA app was 5 stars Now BELOW 2.4 Apps update needs to be removed for $500 devices to work I bought 5 & NONE work on any phone or tablet SCAM It's easily fixed by removing update & they REFUSE to Just change company name AGAIN Reported to Federal authority
