App is good but there is some improvement I would like to suggest 1. If we want to pre-approve anyone it don't allow us to take it from contact list as validation is for 10 number. We generally save number as +91 xxxxx xxxxx. 2. Many a time it fails to add pre-approval visit as while doing so if we miss the current time creates a bug eg. From- 12:29 pm (when I started entry) vs 12:30 (till i click save). I would highly recommend to add extra 5-10 min till form is completed. Thanks

User friendly App and Support services is good.

There is no way to update details if someone has done wrong entry.Example courier person entering details as personal visit. A notification should also be sent to the Admin of housing society if user has marked entry as incorrect. Also there should be an option to upload identity proof. Edit2 I noticed same photo is used by few visitors on multiple ocassions. Also, photo is showing background which do not belong to our society.

Here is the situation: if i have installed the app on 3 user. With same id...now when some one is coming the alert goes on all mobile..but even after accepting by one of the member...its keep ringing on others 2 user...ur app ahould check the flag after 30 second atlest..and turn off ring for the rest...also make the same changes on network off mode

The app used to be good, but now it's almost useless because the the watchmen/guards have the option to allow the visitors to enter without the owner's permission. Beats the whole point and security purpose of the app.

Update is not working

Used to be an extremely useful App until the last update. The App doesn't open after the last update and keeps crashing when I try to open it...

Sorry to say but this is one of the Worst app and support team. I am still not able to login. I reched out to support team and got reply from them once a day and that too a generic one. Support team needs to be educated and should be knowledgeable enough to resolve basic login issue at least. Also it will be wrong to blame support team only, the app developer are equally responsible and need to fix this issues before deploying application.

The app itself is powerful and feature rich however there is a market place section for posting ads by society members, this section pushes lots and lots of ads posted by greedy society members. There is no option to sign out of this section alone therefore, either bear with ads or block all the notification (which defeats the purpose).

Not able to download PDFs from notices inspite of giving storage and other permissions to the app. I even tried contacting the support team. They just don't reply

The app is good for management of entry of visitor in premises. It's rainbow feature is the best but it works for only one member of a flat. If I add another family member from my flat through manage users section then it does not work for the other member. Please check if this issue can be addressed.

It's really very good App... I feel very comfortable while using it.... It's awesome.... Everyone should try it without having any hesitation..... I recommend my all society member to use it and take advantages of this app Nd feel secure and safe

Very good visitor management application. The best part of this app is not taking any personal information during onbording process. I feel very secure and safe.

One of the best gate application👍.I can do Audio/video & text to my neighbour without having their phone number.one more best part is Vz -track take cares user data very carefully that why it does not demand for Email id and phone number during registration process.

The app is ok. There is no log of dates and time for the messages updated. Needs a lot of improvement

After upgrade to android 10, notifications are not coming. All notification permissions are granted.

its not getting downloaded, trying since 1 hr, other apps i m able to download, certainly its this app issue, it doesnt get downloaded beyond 73%, before marketing for the app why dont u test it.... simply wasted time

Even after clearing the cache and reinstalling the app its still not working properly.. always shows message "Something went wrong".

Getting a notification only when the visitor is marked out... rather than when he is marked in. The notification sounds also doesn't work

I have Vivo V9 mobile, and I don't receive any notifications. I think notifications setting of this app doesn't support my mobile device

not getting notifications on my oneplus 7pro. although it is being received in my wife's oneplus 5t. cant understand the issue although have tried almost everything.

After this latest update, I only see loading visitors and never loads data. Previous version was better without this bug.

This app works really well .easy to understand and use .also there is multiple login .trust you won't regret this .also the app was personally explained by the app personnel . Quite helpful

Not getting any kind of notifications even after updating and giving all the permission.

Very good gate application.The best part is their privacy.it does not take email id as well as phone no during onboarding process.

Despite allowing permission for notification, I am unable to receive any updates, unless I click on the app itself.
