W Mart: Grocery Shopping

Worst app and market to shop from. Most of the things in the app you order are not available. They give wrong products and if you go to change the item, they start behaving rudely.

First order and the shop called to say 1 item was out of stock even in their warehouse. Not a great start. I proceeded with the rest of my order. The delivery arrived, and I was given a bill that was 25% higher than quoted on the app. All promotional items were billed at full price. Items returned. App deleted. Best of luck.

DISASTER ! First problem is adding the address, struggling for good 10-15min but that's not all. You will spend 20min more until you select everything that you need and finally you will try to open the cart and order your items!!! Well there is the problem you cannot!!! The app is blocking the moment when you press the cart icon and freezing on the main page. 👎

The app is really good however most of the items is not available (impz branch) and needs to be updated. The person who called me (IMPZ BRANCH) to tell me that items are missing is very rude and impolite. I understand that at this times they are stressed with the influx of calls and deliveries however kindness and respect goes both ways. You can really see what kind of people are there in this hard times.

No star!!.downloaded the app for easy convenience..heard from a friend that they can make online delivery...but downloaded,sign up and ready to choose, app freeze on cart and catergory!!..exited the app, again open it same thing...uninstall n install also rhe same..lame app..waste of time!!..the time wasted fixing the problem of the app could had me went to the market n went home with full of groceries in hand...why you guys launch an app that is not fully functioning..

Horrible! Delivery takes 2-3 Hrs and the app updates dont reflect whats happening in real time..ex. after 40 mins app will say order has been delivered successfully, when in fact it wont come for another hour or so.

Theres is some technical issues. But they reach out and have it fixed. Kudos to the support and customer service for being eager to solve their issues.

The worst app for the worst shop, you're really be hitting rock bottom if you had to deal with w mart. Utterly bad service, scammy prices between the app and actual, and extremely bad delivery. You're better off with Carrefour.

Nice and user friendly app, however I only ordered two items and the branch called me and said that they are not available as I requested and they are offering me alternatives. Can you please update the product availability as it is actually in the branch to avoid such incidence

App is alright. Delivery service is not reliable; just got a call saying that my delivery was only possible the next day.

too long to deliver.. app gets updated saying item delivered.. in realty the order does not arrive until 2-3 hrs later.. i placed an order at 7.30pm it is 9pm now and still not delivered

Unfortunately, no starts. App is not working probably and no response for delivery. Moreover your prices is not realistic at all. With the hard time now you should improve your e-shopping more

App is fine but the supermarket is infested with cockroaches and always has moulding vegetables. Also be careful as they tend to charge twice for one product. Burj Daman resident

What's wrong wth the app??? I can't even add my adress. How can I use the app for online shopping? Screen looks like frozen. I have tried many times. Without this step I can't do anything. So dissapointing

not all online is available. CS are rude and never committing to premises. Bad bad bad experience for several times.

Problem with Delivery, it happened to me several times it took 3 hours minimum, and there is a time it was not delivered at all, need to improve the service of WMart Dubai Production City

can you please add a comment section before you place an order? i can write substitutes of unavailable products and also indicate that i want the water, juice, etc. to be cold or room temperature

During registration process the app is not allowing to put the address. Its stuck at that page.

Waste of time. Hanging doesn't work like an app worst all ever i saw.

If you want to wait for 50 minutes for your order, feel free to download this application. DELIVERY IS SO BAD! Not reccommendable at all

I ordered by using whats app and some staff confirm it. After 1 hour i called them if they gonna delivered my order but another staff ask me to download this app and order again . After 30mins i called them and ask what time they going to delivered my order and they told me about 45mins to 1hr. So i told them the situation. The my order in whatsapp has been arrive after 2hrs and 15 mins of waiting, its only 4mins drive away from my place. Its okey to be late but atleast make an advice .
