My company expressly uses Grainger for all tool purchases, however the app almost never works. It always crashes, and once they get it to work, they update something and it goes right back to crashing all the time. Garbage.
Make it easy find parts and pick or call in. Also let's me know if store has parts on stock.
Used to work fine but now it's broken. Won't connect to server.
So sad. Hd supply get most of my business ad this app only works 10% of the time.
Constantly crashes. The newest glitch is the non-responsive ADD TAX JURISDICTION option. So you're not getting my money once again. It also kicks me out and I'll have to log back in. It will open and close in the background running down my battery. I need this app for work so I can't delete. Please fix. Thanks
This app needs a lot of work. I have had truble with it several times. It gets old when you just need to place an order and can't do so until you delete the app and reinstall it. It also will lock up even when you have used the correct password.
From the home screen any product icon closes the app.
Shopping cart does not work. You can add items to the cart but when you click on the cart icon, the screen just flashes on and off until the app crashes. This has never worked since I tried using it two years ago.
Why do you clear all of my filters, when I view a product, and hit the back arrow? Then I have to setup all the filters again if I'm comparing multiple products and viewing and going back. Retain the damn filters when going back from an item!
App is helpful, but when looking up parts once you go back to the list after selecting an item to look at it sends you to the beginning of the list. Its very counter productive
I can stream movies, podcasts, audiobooks, email pictures and videos with full 4g coverage and before and after open the Grainger app only to have it say no network connection... What's the point of having something good if it can't be used?
App used to work for me on my iPhone. Now I have it on my Android, and the app always crashes when opening it. "Server not responding"
Grainger's app is almost worthless. Almost Impossible to find what you need. irrelevant search help suggestions like cost and most popular. Had to use the catalog. Mcmaster app is the standard in the industry.
so far I have had no problems with the app. keeps me logged in without having to login repeatedly! Thanks for fixing it.

This doesn't take credit cards.. I entered multi times and cards. I even called customer support. If you can't pay what good is the app?

App is fast, but problems with filtering results. Cannot select any screw size that begins with #.
App freezes for faily long periods of time almost like ui thread is being used to update lists of merchandise. Please look into why it hangs when scrolling thru products.
This app has the potential to be a very useful tool but it locks up on every device I've used way too much to the point of becoming useless FIX THIS APP

We use Grainger all the time. Great prices and service. The app makes things even easier!
It has been several days that the app has been nonfunctional. That is several days where a client can choose a better customer experience from another vendor.
App is extremely slow. It's quicker to boot my laptop up and log into Grainger to approve an order. App fails to load 25% of the time and even locks up for 20-30 seconds while loading pages. Can't wait till my company switches to a new supply vendor. Grainger guess what that's very soon and it's 100 of thousands a year you will be losing in sales.
