has stopped working i think with the latest Android update. i get a message "opera has failed" when trying to remotely arm the system. please provide an update.
I am happy witht the app, only issue is that it stopped sending push notifications to my phone. It seems like an update of the app is necessary.
Needs update for latest BT routers. Have just upgraded to latest BT router and can no longer get the W18 to connect to WiFi. Now having to use sim card only.
It is silly that you can add only 2 alarm schedules. Also when alarm goes off notification arrives with huge delay.
The app has stopped sending alarm notifications to my One Plus 3. Even though this app is not in the optimization list which restricts backround activity. please fix.

App is not working anymore. Without having notifications, alarm system is useless.
Also keep getting 'opera failed'. Please sort this out! Not what i would expect when spending almost £200 on a system!
"Opera failed to load" 7 times out of 10 that's the message when trying to remote access.
I can't login anymore I tried to change the password but always give error message "login failed (8046)"

I upgraded from w1 to w18 wow the w18 app has no features. Kerui just white labels other random companies security system. They have no idea what the systems the sell actually do.
Need update. Good system but poor function in app. 1. I can's manage zones in app using wifi. 2. need separate power socket on off function. 3. Alarm simply say 'KR w18 alarming' although i have changed the name of host.
good basic functionality, but unable to disable alarm sound. thus everytime I walk through my door to my home, alarm is not only set off, but it also annoyingly sends alarm alert to my phone. it would be good if the alarm alert can be silenced or put in vibrate mode. look forward to an update of the software. thanks

Background operations use too much battery power
Latest update is using cellular data hours at a time. Is averaging 15% of my battery usage. Going to uninstall until new update.

Push notifications doesn't work
KERUI works hard until it sells, then the software support is a bit weak. It needs to be updated urgently. In the old version, a voice message was sent to my phone. But now it does not. Help please.
